Comfort but needs remodeling

The beds were comfortable but it needed some deeper cleaning. I dropped something on the floor and under the bed was disgusting! There was trash and old food. The room needs new AC units they are very loud and old.

Great accommodations

This has become our go to hotel every time we go to Disneyland. We’ve stayed here before and really enjoyed the accommodations and for that reason we will continue to stay here when In Anehiem.

The room was not cleaned when we got there, the sheets were not put on properly. There was a plastic bag on the fire alarm, the shower rod was barely hanging on and the shower curtain would not close properly. Also, there was good size crack in the tub, the room smelled. And the worst part, the last night, there was a huge roach that came out of a hole in the wall where the water for the toilet pipe was feeding through. Besides the stay being relatively cheap, we won’t be staying there again.

Muy buen servicio exelente ubicación para ir a los parques llegué temprano quize hacer mi precheck in para dejar estacionado mi vehículo en el hotel sin ningún problema y el encargado muy amablemente me dijo que no había ningún problema y medio el pase de estacionamiento y que después hiciera me check in , y eso me encantó , la verdad muy recomendable si vas a los parques y lo quieres solo para dormir y descansar . El lugar muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario solo les faltó una cafetera para hacer café 😁😁 % 100 recomendable por el precio y ubicación

Quick, easy, painless!

Nice and simple check in, room was quiet and comfortable. Nothing special but suited us for the weekend well. Were able to walk to toy story parking across the street to shuttle to Disneyland.

Not the best.

We found the room to be dirty and cramped. There was no extra lock on the door to secure from the inside. On a positive note, the beds were clean and comfortable. In general, we would not stay here nor recommend it to our friends. Pay a little more for a clean and safe room.
Maintenance required.
Dirty fan.
Where is the additional door lock to secure from the inside?
Furniture is falling apart.

Ótimo custo benefício

Considerando o preço que pagamos pela localização consideramos que a hospedagem foi OK, nos atendeu super bem e também por ser super próximo ao parque (fomos e voltamos andando) e também pelo estacionamento ser gratuito, o que pela região é raridade.

Black mold

Been staying here for years. A place to crash while at Disney. Property has been declining every time we stay. Black mold was growing behind the headboard in room 218. Rooms are very run down but I don’t expect much as we just need a place to sleep. Mold and cleanliness where my major complaints. Location is awesome and beds are comfy. Parking can be a little crazy but doable.

Okay

The hotel is doing renovations. They gave us the wrong room to start with. But were quick to fix it. They charged $25.00 to park our second car. We had a suite because we had all of the family. The hotel is okay for a place to sleep and shower. There is some food within walking distance. Just don't expect anything fancy.

Mold on walls, hasn't been updated, ever? The mold was so bad the terrible wallpaper was peeling off. Good thing we spend 98% of our trip in the park. Pay the extra, stay elsewhere.
