Service is good,but clean service is not good

The front desk service is good, but the cleanliness really needs to improve. I saw 3 small Cockroaches and 2 Spiders. So many dust on wall.

Not gonna lie, it's pretty dated and needs a FACELIFT. The staff are somewhat helpful but the English isn't the best. I would recommend it if you needed a place to stay, but not long term for a travelling construction worker. You'd be more comfortable at a TA parking lot, sleeping in your truck.

Relax.

My stay was decent. Just didn't like being rushed out when I was packing up to leave. I know check out is at 11am but it was 11:02 am when one of the employees came banging on the door. I was out of the room by 11:05 am but you would've thought it was 1pm the way they were rushing me.

Gross and smells

We walked into the room and it smelled terrible, there was black stuff all over one of the beds and the other bed was missing blankets. Dozens of black hairs on the sheets and around the room. We had to go to target and buy new sheets because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the ones provided. Cleaning lady walked in while we were sleeping and woke us up. 0/5 stars if I could. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Joy was a joy!

Joy was wonderful with check in. She also helped me when I was too short to reach the window to close it. There is no elevator and she offered to help me take y suitase upstairs. My charging cords for my iphone stopped working and Joy generously loaned me a cord to charge my phone. Enjoyed the early California ambiance, the textured walls, tiles on the rses of the stair case. The heater in the room worked really well making it cozy on a cold night, appreciated the minifridge and microwave too.

Good for just sleeping.

Simple and to the point cheap stay with simple small bar soap. Parking in the rear of hotel is quite unique and spaces are too close together, but it is free! Good overall.

Prided well for the what you get folks.

It’s a real no frills hotel. So it was comparable and well priced for what it offered I’d have to say. And location in this circumstances was the driving force to choose this establishment to rent at for my stay.

En general un hotel promedio-bajo, es uno de los económicos, por eso lo seleccionamos, fuimos en familia, nos toco la planta de abajo, en la tarde-noche se escuchaba movimiento de muebles o pisadas del piso de arriba, ya para dormir un poco más tranquilo. Si vas, escoge 2da planta. Si estaba limpio.
