Great hitel
We had reservations at Sparks of Hilton down the road however we entered into a dog hotel. Ending up going to Quailty inn of Brandon Fl. This hotel gave us a five star experience.

Do not recommend
Stayed here for a quick weekend trip! First off the staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming while checking in. There was construction and a lot of the property was taped off with cones and caution tape. There is a Latin club next door so hope you like loud music and a ton of people constantly being loud. There was constant noises between people taking trash out rolling carts, throwing bottles in the trash, and car alarms going off. There were people constantly being loud outside and waking us up and I don’t think I slept more than a total of 3 hours due to all the loud noises. The room also had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals that didn’t go away and was burning our noses throughout the whole stay. Was good if you only wanted a bed to sleep in but only good enough if you’re not sensitive to any type of noises as you’ll be woken up often

To pricey
The place is dirty, no worthy for the price. There’s not enough party, so if you decide to go out and came back at 10pm you’re not going to find a parking. Rooms were dirty, starting from the curtains that look like If someone throw up in it; bathrooms had their walls with fingers all over and the bathtub was dirty

Noisy
Some sort of car parking lot next door where they would activate the car alarms to locate the vehicle, this happens during the day. Lots of room renovations happening throughout the hotel.

Not family friendly
It was a party hotel with loud music playing at the pool till after 9 pm. We arrived back at hotel on Friday night after 9 pm and couldn’t find any parking at all due to night club attached to hotel. There were drug deals going down as we drove around hotel looking. Then as we tried to sleep we could hear conversations and other activities going on through the walls. We left on Saturday as it was not a hotel appropriate for young children.

Roaches and poor service
Our room was filled with roaches. We found 3 while we were there. The overnight service was terrible, I asked for towels one night after requesting them at 10am and never receiving them and the night time front desk had an attitude, was cursing about how he had to do more work because people don’t do there f*****g job. Then told me not to tell anyone he had towels so we Wouldn’t have to go look for more.

This was a wonderful stay, we only stayed one night before we left for our honeymoon, but the room was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. The room smelt impressively clean, and the bathroom/sink area was lovely and not grimey. Very fast internet too!

This is NOT a place for families or a quiet getaway. We witnessed drug deals in the parking lot. There were prostitutes walking around looking for work in the parking lot. We were in a no smoking room, yet the people in the room next to us decided that didn't apply to drugs they had. A handyman they had working on a sink in a different room somehow caused years worth of filth to shoot out of our sink and all over our personal belongings, clothes and toiletries. When we complained to the manager, he treated us like we were crazy to be upset, because they wiped up the filth with paper towels. They said they couldn't give us another room because they were all booked up. However, 3/4 of the rooms were vacant. The room reeked of sewage. The occupants of the room that adjoined ours were blowing marijuana smoke under the door and into our room. There is a restaurant/nightclub adjoining this hotel (owned by the hotel) and it gets packed so full at night that hotel guests have to park on private property across the street. They have hired a security guard for show because he never leaves the lobby or nightclub. They will not clean your room, change your towels or sheets, even when you are staying for a week or longer. You have to chase down the housekeeper and hope the she has clean towels for you. We have never left anywhere in the middle of the night before,but after this horrible experience we fled. There was no point in staying because we couldn't even sleep.
