The room is spacious but a bit old and not very clean, hair found in bathroom, floor and pillow. Not enough sockets and lighting.
Receptionists are nice and allow early check-in. However the hair and body wash provided by the hotel were all leaked out from the bottle, making us did not have enough to use. When I called and reported the issue to the staff at night, they just said they had refilled the wash before we moved in and not willing to come to check the problem. I reflected the issue to the receptionist in the next day and the problem was finally solved.
