Dont go there
Im on a mobility scooter. No luggage carrier available, I was told, Its in the parking lot somewhere. Had to stack my luggage on top of my self and drive up the elevator to my room. Housekeeper looked at me like I was in her way.Bed was horrible, could not find a spot it was remotely confortable, guys... check the beds every once in a while, people leave a mark.

Do not recommend… so dirty!!!
First off I requested early check in when booking, and called and emailed them to confirm this. When I arrived, I was told they do not allow early check in, and then a couple minutes later was told I would have to pay a fee for checking in early (I was totally fine with this) but was odd telling me it was not allowed, and then telling me to pay. We ended up not being allowed to check in early, which was frustrating after a long drive in from Arizona with a toddler. When we did get into our room it was gross. My son’s feet were black within 5 minutes of walking on the floor. The shower was SO dirty, with hair and chunks of stuff in it. The toilet plugged with every flush, and was given a plunger covered in other people’s poop. The walls were dirty, and there were spiders on the ceiling. The kitchen smelled funky, and was also dirty with crumbs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My only positive was there was no bed bugs.. but that’s a low standard.

Dirtiest room I've ever seen
Absolutely filthy room. Blood stained sheets. Little brown crawly things in the corners of the mattress. I walked into the room and immediately stepped in literal excrement that was on the floor. I’m not a picky person but this place was gross even by my standards. Went immediately back to the front desk to see if there was a room we could have that at least didn’t have poop on the floor and the woman at the desk, after I explained the situation said a single word, “okay.” When I asked for a different room she stared at me silently for 20-30 seconds without moving or speaking. So I left the keys and checked out. I did call the next day and ask for a refund and the person on the phone politely refunded the remainder of the booking.

Get what you pay for
Only complain I got is the poor job they do cleaning this place. Floors felt sticky like they don’t mop them every time. Hairs in the bathroom floor from previous tenants. Tons of dust on lamps and nightstands/TV. Other than cleanliness everything else was fine. Like how it has a built in kitchen in the room

Never take your family here
Filthy and uncomfortable. From the guy who checked me in who was less than friendly and welcoming, to the young lady who wouldn't accept my debit card, the entire stay was blah. The stove top didn't work in the kitchenette, the shower was dirty on the walls and rusted fixtures was icing on the cake.

Great Stay! Would definitely recommend
We were pleasantly surprised having chosen this location based solely on price and proximity to family. The room was spacious and the beds comfy. The kitchen was a luxury with a full sized fridge and a cook top and the breakfast while limited options covered all of the food groups and met the various requirements of my family. The only down side is that someone was partaking of some heinously odiferous marijuana and the walkways both up on our arrival and again the following morning positively wreaked with the stench. Also at checkin I was tired and had difficulty navigating the directions to the garage checkin window, but the desk staff was patient and polite.

They sent us to a room that hasn't been cleaned yet. And the TV was broken in are other room . And you had to pay for parking. First place that ever charged for parking.
