First bad experience with this app
First, the pictures are not from this location! Rooms are not clean. We tried two different rooms. Then asked for a refund and left to find another hotel. Never received a refund. Was told non-refundable was agreed to. Yes, but the hotel failed to provide their end of the bargain. Would not recommend to board a dog!

On the strip near everything
I especially liked the queen beds. The mattresses are microfiber, very comfortable. Pillows were nice. There is heavy traffic. Ask for a room in the back, away from the front desk, if you don't want to hear any traffic on W76 Country Road.

Would have been better to sleep in my car
Our stay started out horrible. Get there and checked in. Get to our room and room keys didn't work. Walked back up to the front desk and they gave us 2 new keys. Walk back to the room still wouldnt work. Go back to front desk and was told to go back to the room and wait for maintenance. 1.5 later we finally make it in our room. The hot tub was working, the sona was now a storage room. We got absolutely no sleep that night. The guy in the room next to us must live there long term. He was very loud all night. The next day we did the things we came to do and had a blast. Returned to our room late to hear the man next door slamming his door and just very loud coming in and out. We had had enough and got our thing and checked out. Not to mention there was mold all in the bathroom and some spots in the room. I will never stay here again. Left 1 day early and lost what I had paid for the room and had to drive 4hr home with no sleep in the middle of the night

Room we were in seemed like an older room. Felt dirty. Didnt use pool, didnt make it back. Breakfast was the hit breakfast and waffles or cereal. Overall it was okay

Horrible, disgusting
The rooms are dirty with mouse droppings, bed bugs, paper thin walls, a disgusting cesspool hot tub that doesn’t work with trash and dirt everywhere. I tried to get my money back but the manager was hiding from the guests.

It was OK
Got there an hour before check in and had to come back. Came back 30 minutes after check in, got our key, went to the room and it wasn’t ready, was told about 30 minutes more. No problem. In the meantime, they went ahead and switched rooms. Got to that room and it was a double Queen size and we had reserved a King size. Wasn’t worth the hassle of going back to the desk so we stayed. It was tough to get to sleep with kids were running back and forth above us and very LOUD conversations next to us but, All in all, we had a place to stay for the night and that’s all that counts.

Don’t do it.
Arrived onsite at 5:30pm for a check in. Checked in at the front desk, cleaners will still in the room. Bathroom smelled of smoke. Pictured posted don’t match property. Had to wait in line for check in so manager could finish her cigarette outside the front door. WiFi didn’t work.

Do no take your family
Pictures was from their prime days. Tried to call front desk about the Pot smoke coming from the bathroom vent and she was outside smoking, went in looked at the phone and walked back out. The pool was not heated and the kids could not even stand to be in it. The hot tub did not work. Wifi did not connect even to their smart tv and we had to hotspot them. People were out screaming in parking lot at 2am. We had till 11 to check out and the cleaning crew who seems to possibly own it was trying to get us out of our room at 10, we came back from breakfast and she deactivated our card and was looking thru windows.

Low Quality Inn not Quality Inn
The pool and hot tub were both out of order, as well as the ice machines, the air conditioner in our room didn’t work. There was pubic hair on the toilet seat. The pictures online depict nice wood/laminate floors when there was actually dirty, old, outdated carpet. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Instead of the Quality Inn it should be the “Low Quality” Inn

Stay somewhere else do not stay here
Well, entering the lobby, I walked up to the desk to check in, check-in was breeze, but there was a sign that states that the hot tub and the pool were out of service. Since I had two children, I asked them if they are in service or not because if not, I was going to go somewhere else because that’s one of their favorite things to do. she informed me that it is a climate controlled room and the hot tub is really the one that’s out of order because the heater is not working. The heater is not working in the pool or the hot tub, the pool was like 50°. It was so cold , we stayed in the room that was connected to the stairwell and the pool. The AC sucked did not keep us cool. I had to go to Dollar General and buy a fan just to keep us comfortable for the night. The room smell like crap it smells stale like it’s been in a cave for 50 years. It was very dirty. You cannot wear no shoes in the room or your feet would be black. we found trash everywhere in the room. And to top everything off, they also have someone staying in the back of the hotel in a camper that has an extension cord connected to the building who have dogs and they bark at all hours you’re trying to grab something I definitely do not stay at this hotel for it needs to be updated and management needs to get a hold of This hotel it’s disgusting

The room was ok, however you could see daylight from under the door, and cold wind came through there also. There was water and ice built up in front of our door. They had put ice melt down but in the morning was ice again so difficult to walk out the door with out slipping. Ice machines were not working. It was a handicap room, wasn't requested, with a handicap parking spot right outside our room. Since we don't have a handicap tag, we could not park right outside our room., had to park farther away.

Never Return
customer service from lady at front desk was horrible. didn’t tell me where my room was, didn’t tell me hours of operation. Lobby closes at 7pm also breakfast was horrible chunks in the milk. Says breakfast is from 6am to 10am which is a lie it gets over at 9am. Pool was terrible not clean and water was freezing, hot tub water colder than pool. There was a gentleman working there of the evening and was very friendly. Lady that works front desk with facial piercings needs to be fired had to wait for her to smoke her cigarette before coming to fill up milk for breakfast when the milk was expired. Would not return.

Better think twice.
Smelled like bug spray, the shower floor was weak, you had to be carefull where you steped, water pressure in the shower was horrible, the heater was so noisy it made it next to impossible to hear the tv, the carpet and trim was very old and dated. No microwave in the room, the ice maker was broken. The only positive was the friendly staff and soft bed I stated in room 1105

Photos can be deceiving
The photos online looked great, which is why we booked this hotel. The first room smelled like smoke and we had to be moved to another room. The tv would not work in that room, so the man working the service desk had to come hook it up. He was very polite and helpful. There were people smoking right outside of our room and being loud very late at night. The indoor pool was supposed to be heated, but was very cold. The breakfast was ok- there was a waffle machine and several quick things. There was not any eggs or type of meat. It is not a place that I will stay again.

Very much a budget hotel
First the positives: Price, location, friendly staff. For the negatives: outdated, hot tub not operating, sauna not operating, breakfast was very basic- toast, bagels, yogurt, juice, coffee machine not working.

Roaches. Dirty shower walls. Offered breakfast from 8-9:00 only. No milk. Coffee maker broken. Pool is not as depicted in the pictures. Hot tub broken. Remember, you get what you pay for! Clearly, these people aren't interested in keeping business.
