將到聖誕節，來這個地方最適合，環境好氣氛好。晚上洗澡中途沒有熱水，找接待說是系統問題，要等2小時才再有熱水，幸好鄰近有空房借用洗澡，非常狼狽。

Satisfied

非常普通跟價格比起來還不到期待。

住宿有兩棟，我們住2號樓需要出飯店在走1-2分鐘，飯店沒有吹風機可以向櫃檯借但是要出大街道1號樓櫃檯。有點麻煩。

飯店位置雖離車站有點遠，但是離購物中心很近

無線網路在客房內收不到訊號，只要靠近走道跟門邊訊號才有訊號附有廚房煮食方便，但是清洗碗盤的菜瓜布很髒，沒有即時更換飯店離購物中心不遠，要買東西方便住房時有租用吹風機，當時付了押金放信封寫房號交給櫃檯，但是退房歸還吹風機時櫃檯卻找不到放押金的信封，還好還是有歸還我們押金

safety concerns around the region

this hotel is generally good and comfortable. but it is within a region which seems to be terribly silent, risky for tourists. We were attacked and snatched on boulevard president wilson during the day at 7pm, which is on a main street just in front of the hotel. the security condition around the hotel seems to be terrible. please take care. on the contrary, room condition, hygiene and services are very good.

nice location, very slow wifi, noisy water heater

地理位置：不錯，距離火車站八分鐘的步程、近bus和tram站。房間狀況：wifi很慢而且常常斷掉、冰箱冷凍櫃積很多冰無法使用、熱水器運作聲過大，可聽見臨近房間使用熱水的聲音；床鋪、廚房、桌椅、浴室乾淨舒適。櫃檯服務：有待加強，櫃檯並未主動提供wifi連線方式、詢問事情時態度冷漠(unhelpful reception)。

ugh

the hot water tank directly above the toilet terrifying, did not seem secure enough. the shower cubicle lime scale and dirty. reception and eating room terrible, dismal, dark, dingy. could not recommend to anyone, perhaps I should have stayed in the lagrange just down the road.
