Good enough
The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I'm not sure she understood everything I said but it was enough to communicate my needs. Our phone in the room didn't work, nor did our TV remote. I had to go to the front desk to get a comforter and a remote control. They don't use comforters here so I got another (warm) blanket. The bed was soft, as in we both rolled to the middle and it was difficult for us to get out of. It was nice enough for us but not a 5 star hotel. They have a pool and hot tub outside. The only thing that was upsetting were 2 work trucks parked in Handicap parking. I reported to the front desk. I'm sure they were probably long term stay customers. But taking up parking for people who need special parking. Neither truck had handicap tags. They were the only 2 spots closest to rooms. Also this is in a very busy area so you could hear sirens and traffic until 1 am. It was a safe area just busy.
