This is the second time I stay in this hotel and I really like the rooms. They’re very nice and clean comfortable and it’s quiet. The staff is always very nice and very accommodating. If you bring your vehicle there’s parking across the street and market. It’s in front of the hotel so it’s amazing For transportation.

La habitación era demasiado chica los vidrios sucios una ventana del baño escrita de grafiti por fuera y la otra con el seguro del cierre roto así que si subieron a pintar la ventana tranquilamente podían entrar en la habitación quise llamar a hoteles .com y el teléfono no funcionaba el colchón terrible ,se escuchaban gritos de homeles y zombies muy fea la ubicación a la noche no hay donde estacionar me fui antes y nadie me solucionó nada ni me reembolsaron el dinero no lo recomiendo

Not too bad, however very old, dirty, our room was street facing with single glazing windows and it was extremely noisy. Also only one socket was working in the whole room. All the others were out of order. The hotel staff couldn’t change our room with another one and just gave us a multi socket extension to plug everything into this one working socket. Seven days stay they didn’t manage to get the maintenance guy to try to fix it.

Front door locked and no one at the front desk when we arrived at 8 pm after confirming an 8 pm arrival at their request. No parking at the hotel, no help from staff in locating nearby parking. Bathroom door would not shut. No call button for the elevator on 4th floor, up only, no “down” elevator. No closet in the room. Grungy common areas.

Great hotel, especially for the price!

We were looking for a local, affordable hotel for our trip to SF. Great location at the intersection of transit lines with amenities nearby, with helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms and an authentic San Francisco vibe. Would very happily stay again on a return trip.

Nosso quarto ficou sem arrumação um dos dias, mas o funcionário foi muito gentil, mesmo não sendo possível mais arrumar. Providenciou toalhas limpas imediatamente. O hotel fica em uma região de moradores e comércio local, ideal para conhecer a vida real de SF, com muitos restaurantes sem turistas, só locais, por perto.

It’s a good place in general. You get what you payed for. Good located. Small rooms but functional. There’s not as much noise as I expected and it’s a safe place to walk around even at nights. They offer water, tea and coffe at all hours in the lobby. I liked that there’s always someone in the lobby as well. I would definitely stay there again.
