Good stay at Comfort Inn and Suites

Enjoyable stay at Comfort Inn and suites, room was clean and spacious. Direct TV service issues were resolved within 30 minutes of notification to the front desk. Great location to great shopping and restaurants.

Horrible service

It was a nightmare I found someone else’s clothes in the room immediately upon arrival and when I asked if the room was cleaned they said yes. Went swimming as soon as I got there only to get back to the room to try to shower and the tub was dirty and there was hair everywhere. I let front desk know and he said sorry and would send up some cleaning solution due to housekeeping not being there. I waited almost and hour if not an hour only standing in wet clothes waiting for him to come. I called him back and asked if I can get a different room because that one was not clean. He came up stairs apologized I showed him my proofs he took a picture and told me to take proof for my records as well. I asked about being compensated with some sort of discount he said he couldn’t because he wasn’t a manager and I could talk to management in the morning. Morning came about 7 almost 7:30 and as I’m showering in the now changed room there was mold rolling down the shower I got out got dressed and went to see if the manager. I made the manager aware of what happened with the other room and asked about a discount the manager, stated no they can’t give me a discount or any kind of compensation because I was compensated with a fresh new room. She made excuses about why the room wasn’t clean was because of a new. The previous worker admitted the room was not cleaned prior to me and my kids entering the room. I was told I’d be refunded nothing so far. I booked for 3 days and left after 12hrs
This was how much mold was left after I got out the shower to get my phone to take photos. It was behind the shampoo and conditioner holder in the shower
This is after I wiped the tub out the second time after waiting about an hour in wet clothes me and my kids for front desk to come with cleaner
This is crumbs or dirt and someone’s qtip in the pull out couch
This was the first time I wiped the hair out the tub

Not that great

The toilet doesn’t flush right and the sink drain was not working properly. Also it doesn’t make sense that me and my partner was given two room keys but they can only have one active. What’s the point of both of us having a key if only one works. They need to fix that and their plumbing situation.
