Delivered as promised.
We requested a suite with a roll-in shower. The MBR and kitchen were handicap accessible. The kitchen showed some signs of use, but the rest of unit appeared to have relatively new carpet, and the furniture was clean and functional. Surprised that there were no in-suite on on-site recycling provisions.

Nice quiet area, plenty of space to spread out, bed was comfy. Dislikes - could hear the people above us, there was a bug in the bathroom, tv’s were outdated - no guide.

A little disappointed.
I didn't realize there would be a sales pitch involved since I booked through your website. This was very irritating after a long day of travel. The room was large and for the most part clean. The door plate to the room was loose so I did not feel secure. The master bath seemed to be missing a shower curtain liner. The large soaking tub needed to be scrubbed as there was scum build visible around the drain. The fireplace only turned on for ambience, not heat. The lightbulb in the microwave was burnt out so we could not use as a nightlight.

Thanksgiving get away.
Our get away was a good experience. We had a very nice condo with a nice balcony. The rooms were very clean with up to date clean furniture. It was a good trip. We will go back.

Downhill
This place has really gone downhill. We've stayed here several times in the past and enjoyed but will not be back after this stay. We were harassed by security who went so far as to ring the bell of my child's unit 6 times at 3 am because they were allegedly being noisy. I heard nothing. Our unit smelled musty, was dated, and not well equipped- missing basic kitchen utensils and coffee😳. The activities were nice but staff was just not welcoming and seems eager to scold us whenever they could. There are much better resorts in the area. Don't bother staying here.

We always enjoy Greensprings Resort. I tell everyone I know about how wonderful it is. Having Hilton own it now is probably just a bonus! I have yet to see if they up the prices but I have always enjoyed Hilton in the past also. The unit is as large as my own home and it is able to have 6 people stay without too much trouble. Thanks again Greensprings for a great time. It is always quiet times just hearing nature.

Exactly what I needed.
Greensprings offers spacious apartments that are both quiet and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a larger group. The tub in our master bath was amazing. I am already planning my next visit. Giventhe reasonable prices, I hVe no need to stay anywhere else.

Buyer be aware!
The room smelled (stunk) like a stale seafood buffet. The only option we were given was to move our stuff out for 2 or 3 hours so housekeeping could "deoderize" the room. Unfortunately, that was not functional for us. I guess they did offer us a late check out on our last day. My thought was "great...stay longer in a stinky room...no thank you." The pullout sofa was pulled out into a bed and the cushions were literally thrown around the living room. It looked like the sofa spontaniously exploded all the cushion of itself! Twice I waited at the front desk and it seemed as if the front desk people did not want to help me. If you reserve through hotels.com...read the fine print. There is a $50 resort fee. I missed it. My opinion is they are more concerned about trying to sell you a timeshare than helping a customer that is standing in front of them .

I have visited this property tons of times but strangely this time our housekeeper misplaced his phone and came and asked us if we seen it then I get hit with 100 smoke cleaning fee (1 piece of ash outside even though it's extremely windy outside) when myself, my 93 yr old grandma and my 9 mths pregnant daughter don't smoke at all!!! I will never stay there again
