Good hotel- adequate facilities. Excellent bed, good breakfast, It's unfortunate that geese travel around the premises leaving their "souvenirs" on the ground and at the entrance. Travelers should be careful dragging their luggage into the hotel. We found the price per night is most reasonable.

We have stayed here 2 or 3 times to attend the nearby Dayton/Xenia Hamvention. The facility is an older unit, but in pretty decent shape for what they charge. We did have to change rooms 3 times to find a working AC unit. I must say the staff has always been polite and helpful. The continental breakfast is not much, but it will hold you for a bit if needed.

While my room itself was fine, the bathroom needed attention—the toilet seat was loose and nearly falling off. As for breakfast, it was disappointing; I’ve seen better offerings at a gas station. Overall, this location didn’t live up to the usual La Quinta experience I’m used to
