Not a terrible place, the jet tub was dark green which was weird and just looked gross, didn’t use. Staff informed us they’ve had 7 floodings in the past 2 weeks because of the tubs, water damage was apparent. Had a couple stained towels, stained mattress, the shower head leaked and poured water everywhere, drain couldn’t keep up so I was standing in a pool. Staff was nice, breakfast was good for a hotel, as most Best Westerns are. However, this is probably the Worst Western I’ve ever stayed at, and honestly put me off to the name a little in the future.

Overview

It was very clean and comfortable. My only concern was that I had forgotten my makeup bag so went to the front desk in the morning to see about toothpaste/toothbrush…some basic toiletries and the only thing they had was bar soap which was already in the room.

I could tell the bed had been made since last person booked the room, however, im confident the room hadnt been deep cleaned in a long time. The bedding looked stained to it and common areas smelled like MJ.

Overall it was a good stay but our fridge was not cold as it should've been..We had to improvies and store ice inside just so our drinks could be cold. Also our sheets had stains on them... Overall the breakfast was good and the pool was clean and the hotel is placed in a great area. Lots of fastfood and grocery stores near by.

Need some attention put into this hotel

Check-in was good and friendly and accommodating to our first room that smelled terrible and had wet floors apparently due to being shampooed the day before. She gave us another room which was better smelling but a/c didn’t work right. The second room we rented was smelly and had to spray air freshener when arriving. Walls in bathroom were dirty in areas and toilet is very small. The bed had small pillows that are not comfortable into sleep on and the “blanket” was the thinnest blanket I’ve ever seen in a hotel for covers. A/c rattled every time it came on. Breakfast room was warm and very small. I don’t like giving bad reviews so please know this is my way of trying to get management to spend some effort into this hotel to make this a place people will return- because of our experience we will not be returning customers.

We were disappointed on first impressions with both the reception and room. Both not to standard of what we expect from Best Western Having to queue for a table for breakfast and low quality food also disappointing, especially when we opened up a cream cheese and found mold. Off putting then for rest of breakfast
