Pool area lacked charm , 2 palapa’s where removed looks empty by the beach bar should be replaced,some of the loung chairs needed cushions, TV needs English speaking channel’s , room was extremely humid, the peers gather seaweed and trash should have staff scoop the seaweed and trash out off the water yes it’s possible it was an eyesore if you want repeating patron's. Positive comments staff was excellent bartenders are friendly. Also the trail along the beach as you look towards the Caribbean on the left side needs to be cleaned up that’s where you threw one of the palapa’s

Everyone at the property was welcoming and helpful. They assisted us in setting up activities to do during our stay and booking taxis for transportation into town. The restaurant had many delicious options and the included breakfast made it easy to start the day without a hassle. They even had room service and a few beach bars. The private beach was well maintained and tranquil. We will definitely be back our next trip!

Wonderful place to stay, very easy to get a taxi into the main center, which is only about a five minute drive and the taxi costs 150 pesos or about seven dollars. The staff was so kind and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, buffet style with many wonderful options that were fresh!

Saying the property is 'dated' is being kind. While everything was basically OK, The need for updating is evident everywhere: peeling paint, cracked tiles, tired vegetation on the patio, discolored towels, 'funky' in-room safe, etc. The staff is nice enough, and the property is well located. However a fair deal it is, you get what you pay for. It does not compare well to other properties.
