The stay its self was great. Wonderful room with a view of the golf course, clean room and comfy bed . However, they charged me $$ on the morning of check in when I called to change the card number on file, then charged me again at check in. When I confronted them she ( which she was very nice and helpful) assured me that it was a mistake and the charges would be dropped in 3 to 4 days, and it did. But then they turned around and charged me AGAIN when I checked out. Called and was put on hold for at least 10 minutes when I had asked to speak to a manager, one he finally got on the phone , he told me that it was a clerical error and that they have refunded me the money and it should be in 4 to 5 days back in my card. He was not as nice and told me that there was nothing they could do.
So if you stay at this hotel ( it’s a nice one) make sure and check your accounts often as they tend to charge you a couple times and then tell you they can’t do anything about it.
