Scary unsafe staff - the entire place is a construction zone - the pictures are NOT real, the pool is empty - GARBAGE everywhere and the desk agent became abusive scary and irate when I said I wouldn't stay there. Refused my refund even though it was stated as a one day hold back and was absolutely scary and abusive to women - Hotels.com refused to back me up and overall the entire situation was unacceptable

Did not show on website that it was under renavation room had bad paint fumes, requested balcony room, first room they gave us did not have a balcony had to go back to desk to have room changed, found dead roach in the room, would not recommend this place to anyone.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Doris recommended a great restaurant and was welcoming and efficient. The overnight staff was friendly and courteous. There was construction going on in the lobby area but it did not have an affect on a pleasant overnight stay.

The pictures of the the hotel showed a breakfast offered which is why we choose the hotel in the first place. There was no mention of them canceling breakfast due to construction. The entire lobby was taped up and have furniture wrapped in shrink wrap. Not very inviting.

The receptionist was awesome very friendly but the building was being renovated we was not told that when booking we booked for the swimming pool and the breakfast due to the renovation there was not a pool and no breakfast we had no microwave in our room we stayed for 2 days we was never offered our rooms to be cleaned and new towels

The place was aweful. They were doing remodel on hotel, but we were not informed of this before stay. I had prepaid for my room and had to stay there. was a long stand up line waiting to check in and girl had gone on break. Got our room and it smelled like Snoop Dog was the last one in there. No coffee maker nor microwave in room and since no breakfast, no coffee in breakfast area. They did have a coffee cannister set at check in table but coffee was cold. Again it was cold again the next morning. Swimming pool are looked terrible. All the concrete around it was busted up and the water was green. Bad experience all around. I've stayed here many times, but I will not be back!

Hotel is currently under renovations and has no amenities available. Rooms were basic and not finished. Cleanliness in the rooms was okay but over all the hotel wasn’t clean. There were roaches crawling on the walls in the lobby area there was no a.c. In common areas and the units in the room are not fully installed. Currently do not recommend staying here. The information when booking does not tell you that they are under construction.

This hotel will be nice once all the construction is completed. it was not told when I book that the hotel is undergoing a major overhaul. when you walked into the hotel there was no front desk and you had to walk around the corner and down the hall. No breakfast as noted, since everything was under construction. I asked if we would hear the construction, I was told no. Well I did hear it several times, drilling and banging. I wish they would have indicated they were under construction before I booked.

Even though breakfast was advertised both on the Expedia app and via text from the hotel there wasn't any. Sheets were very wrinkled, roach in the room, and area around the hotel was not great.
