The staff was fantastic. The only issue I had was the TV and Internet were non functional. The Internet would connect but had zero connectivity. The TV took special steps to get it to work off just cable otherwise it tried to use the same wireless connection that wasn't working

Terrible stay

I didnt even stay at the hotel but 15 mins the tub wasnt cleaned drawers was broken and so was the hotel rooms wouldn’t even lock they wouldn’t even give a refund i don’t recommend staying here

The worst stay ever - don't book!!!

This was the worst hotel stay ever. First, the room was wrong, with one bed (and I am travelling with my teen-aged daughter!), but the manager fixed it somehow to give us the room I had originally booked, with two beds. The room was on the second floor, and the elevator was out of commission, so my daughter and I had to carry our heavy suitcases upstairs. The room was the dirtiest that I have ever stayed at. The bathtub was clogged. The only room amenities were the microwave and the refrigerator, but not cups. The clerk in front said they had only Styrofoam cups which are not microwave compatible! There was no WiFi with internet; had to use my hotspot. A couple barged in having the same room key - the manager had clearly messed things up! All night there were noises.

Worst experience ever

Room was dirty,had a rat hole under desk,roach running around in the microwave,whole building smell like nothing but roach spray very strong, refrigerator and microwave didn't have any plug to plug up in so I couldn't use it I was told the only way my room can be switched is if I pay an extra 75 for a deposit that I wasn't made aware of at the time of check in,chair seat falls out from chair due to being broken,front desk worker is unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Hotel appears to be a hole in the wall or a trap for drug dealers and I was offered another room only after I called police twice because the first time he told the officer he can give me another room when they left he decided to argue with me. O the second time I called officers I was given a room key but when I went in the room someone was already I the room and asking me how did I get their room key. I left the hotel after giving them their room key back and I wouldn't dare go back there ever again until major changes are made including that front desk worker. I'm trying to upload photos but it's not letting me so is there another way for me to upload the pictures that I have of this mess of a hotel.

Not staying again

There's an old saying, don't judge a book by it's cover. When you arrive at the hotel, it looks great from the outside however on the inside it's outdated dirty and something that you probably would not even trust the drinking water the place smelled like weed and it never got quiet the people were loud there was a used condom under the bed and the plug ins were mostly broken. The window seat was more comfortable then the beds and there were bugs in the room. The only good thing was the guy who checked me in.

Horrible Stay and Customer Service

Horrible customer service. I complained about a MAINTENANCE issue and MANAGEMENT let themselves in the room without me being present. There was a large hole in the wall. “Clean towels” had hair in the towels. Sheets had all kinds of stains and heat didn’t work first night of my stay.

Not Worth it , No

We had to grab a room at the last minute and financially this was the cheapest. This hotel should be gutted and remodeled. It’s old and worn everything is awful. Roaches roaming as well as prostitutes and other shady customers. We are elderly folks who were placed on the first floor and got zero sleep. All the loud walking talking noise kept us up. I hope they are not putting fake reviews on the site because I saw nothing but ghetto dirtiness here!

Don’t waste your time or money!

In all my travels, this was the absolute worst … the curtain was half torn off the track and didn’t allow privacy; the mattress was worn out and didn’t offer any support, thus didn’t sleep well; the room didn’t even have a trash can!

Roaches

We arrived at this place late at night after our first hotel had closed without warning. The place felt a little unsafe, with strong smell of weed. The guy at the reception was very nice and polite and fixed us a room in short time. The room itself is in need of some renovation. We found some roaches om the floor and there was alot of stains om the sheats. Nice personal but not happy with the room.
