Good place. Everyone here is very nice. The room is very clean and comfortable. It's convenient to drive to White Mountain and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby so no worries about daily life.

I had a quick overnight for business in May 2025. The place was nice. The pool and hot tub were not filtering properly and we scheduled to be shut down the day I was leaving. They were still very nice just a little dirty. My bed was clean and so comfortable with nice linens. The breakfast buffet was not good and pricey for what was offered. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of an outlet mall so there is plenty of shopping. Bonus I saw a moose about 1/2 mile from the hotel.

Great for families could be a little cleaner

Pools were very warm and the hot tubs were nice. Heated towels by the outdoor pool was great! Pool deck was a little dirty which always makes my skin crawl considering your barefoot. Our room was good size and worked well for our family. One of the beds mattress pad had a large brown stain all over the side of it which I didn’t notice till check out, really grossed me out. My kids loved the decor in the lobby. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. You literally don't have to leave the, because it has all the amenities from food to entertainment. The view is gorgeous. So close to The White Mountains and other activities. It's definetly worth your time and money to check it out.

A brake from work to do some shopping and dining

Great location near shopping in North Conway. This was a quick escape from the grind of work, and the location near shopping and dining was excellent. Front desk and staff are very friendly, including toward "third party" booking guests. While we did not spend enough time to take advantage of spa resources, they are available onsite. The place is in need of some repairs and maintenance, but is actually in pretty good shape for the the property age. HVAC was a bit difficult to make comfortable. Bed and linens were good quality. Robes in the room are a nice touch. We had dinner in the bar/lounge, and that was a pleasant experience with good and friendly service.

Everything was ok until housekeeper told us to change our own garbage and our own trash . We had no problem doing but when we ask for new towels she told us to call front desk. I left msg for head of housekeeping department. No one call. I left a makeup bag talk to manager from front desk who guaranteed a call back is been a week.

Would not book again

I would not stay at this hotel again. If you are looking for an affordable option and have kids it is okay. The staff wasn’t always friendly, the room had half a roll of toilet paper left when I checked in, without any extra rolls in the room. The pool closed the second day of my stay and remained closed. I picked the hotel for the indoor pool and the proximity to shops. and that was a reason I picked the hotel. The ice machine was broken. Each of these incidents had signs “sorry for the inconvenience.” The beds are very uncomfortable and it looks like they haven’t put any money into the hotel for awhile. The walls are very thin.

We fun staying at your hotel. The only thing was the hot tub was not inside the hotel. My husband thought is warm not hot. The other thing that went downhill we had breakfast in your dining room. They used to have eggs cooked not eggs came out of powder. The rest was wonderful!
