Everything was great but had to request for the room to be cleaned since I was told when I called down due to short staffing they don’t clean the rooms until the guest leaves. That’s fine for an overnight stay but I was there for 4 days.

Check in express not working only after you stood in line to do so. You had to get back in line which took 40 minutes. The desk was very helpful with placing my 87 year old mom and us on the same floor. Enjoyed the r and r.
