We had a truly wonderful stay at Templeton Garden and could not be more satisfied with our experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has the feel of being newly renovated throughout. The rooms were exceptionally clean, among the cleanest we have ever encountered while traveling, which made our stay especially comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt fresh, modern, and well maintained. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, contributing greatly to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. The location is fantastic: situated in a quiet and pleasant area, yet with immediate access to Earl’s Court Underground Station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. We were extremely happy with our stay and honestly have nothing negative to point out. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

As always, an exceptional stay, a welcome gift of a free drink in the bar, lovely staff and gorgeous welcome. Moreover, everything works in the facilities and, unusually, all the individual parts work intuitively from the shower, the lighting, the coffee making machines, the thorough quality of the bedding, furniture, sound-proofing, blackout blinds, restaurant, concierge etc. My unqualified favourite of mine for London stays. As good as any 5 star I have stayed in. Exceptional!

Very cozy area for drinks and coffe (and the coffe was good!), and a lovely garden. They had one vegetarian dish which was of surprisingly poor quality. Received menu for dessert but no one came to take the order. Ok rooms, pillows seemed old and not to comfy. Overall ok experience but had expected more based on the price.

We were made up with our stay here in the heart of Kensington. From checking in with Roberto he welcomed us with such enthusiasm. Our room was beautiful, roomy, spotlessly clean. We had drinks in the bar, the staff were very friendly. The hotel is situated on a quiet road. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Our room was good size and had big windows to the peaceful backyard & garden. The room had big bed with very firm mattress. The bathroom was designed beautifully and felt new. Tip, be prepared to pay 5% tip of the cost of your accommodation on top of the price you are already paying. They say its optional, but will stare you down. Good to also note that the check-out time is at 11, not 12 as mentioned at least right now in hotels.com site.

There was an issue with my room which luckily the friendly front staff resolved. No need to give details here as it was resolved. Friendly staff. Absolutely lovely interior design, good LeLabo products. Unusually good gym! Bed was firm. Clean and would like to stay here again. Location is great if you fly to and from Heathrow and, museums. Food in the restaurant was uneven in the morning, but the ambition is there. Thanks!

Here is a much shorter, well under-1500-character version that still warns people clearly: ⸻ We stayed at the Miiro Templeton Garden and liked the location: it’s on a quiet street and only a three-minute walk from Earl’s Court station, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is cute, but guests should be careful when booking a Superior room. We chose that category because the website shows bright, spacious rooms with real windows. The room we were given looked nothing like the photos. The only “windows” were small and high near the ceiling, and the ventilation wasn’t working. It was 26°C and felt claustrophobic. Reception first said the hotel was full and couldn’t move us. Later that night, after insisting and showing them the photos, the night manager started offering alternatives. The process was messy: one room was in the basement, and another was mistakenly shown to us even though a guest was already inside. After about 40 minutes, we were finally moved to a proper Superior room on the fifth floor, which matched what we originally booked and had working ventilation. When we got ready for bed, we found hairs on the sheets, but Nina from staff fixed it quickly and was very kind. After that, the stay was fine. Overall, the hotel is charming and well located, but the start was stressful. Be aware that not all “Superior” rooms match the photos, so confirm the room layout if natural light matters to you.
