Very good

We accidentally booked an accessible room which we didn't need and the staff was able to change our room to a standard room. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and they had someone to make omelet for you.

The hotel has lights that shine right at the building, from the front parking lot. The light comes in the first floor windows all night, and the curtains are inadequate to keep it out. Not good if you need a dark room to sleep!

Cleanness is next to godliness.

There was only one floor available, 1st floor as they are remodeling, which is very much needed for this facility. That is the good news. Not sure I will come back to this facility though as their standards of clean, isn't quite up to mine.

Crap!

DO NOT STAY HERE The hotel’s elevator has been down for a month. I’m in town for training. I thought this would be a nice hotel due to it being across from Kenwood mall. This place is trash. *front desk has an attitude (tall woman and other hotel workers) for no reason and always on the phone. Only good one who actually helps is the Asian dude who works nights. The rest don’t care and way too comfortable not caring. *cant understand the question(girl with glasses) did I receive mail today. *maintenance can’t communicate with you, thus won’t help fix anything *when it snows they are too lazy to snow plow, salt or shovel. They put a sign up saying exit area is closed. While no elevator. Fire hazard. *you get to move at midnight because your toilet overflows. With no valet carts, no elevator, no help. You might have to move a few times since they have known plumbing issues. I had more than one toilet issues with more than one room. *they will block the back parking lot for no reason with their own vehicles just because, making one of the only exits inaccessible. *they don’t care *most of the employees live inside the hotel *The refrigerators leak massive amounts of water and after you keep changing rooms and you’re disabled and they don’t offer to help you it becomes a bit much *Rude manager/owner google the hotel and look how the hotel respond people who had real concerns. They are rude and nasty and blame it on the patrons of the hotel. *no refunds

Didn’t seem ready for customers.

There was no one at the desk when I got to the hotel and had to wait more than five minutes for someone to check me in to my room. My room still had flower petals, which I assume were from Valentine’s Day beside the bed. The elevator was not an operating order.

Property seemed to be very outdated, only upgrades were in the bathroom. The couch was leather brown, old and worn. The kitchen floor had lots of scratches all over. There were a few brown marks/ stains on the wall I’m not sure what those were from. And in top of that, the elevator was out if service which was a major inconvenience since I had multiple items to carry to my room, so traveling up two flights of stairs each time was not ideal.

Excellent….. except for the mattress

Front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, super clean and modern. Shower was excellent. Only negative was the bed… the mattress was completely worn out.. mushy with zero support! A decent mattress would have made this an A+ stay.
