La atención del personal, las instalaciones, la comida, las habitaciones, el hotel en general esta excelente, los detalles que no me gustaron, la atención en el check in fue mala, en el lobby bar un barman nos atendió algo grosero, y el agua de la piscina es muy muy fría, y en la entrada al hotel la calle está muy muy mala, llena de baches y muy angosta. Del resto esta todo muy bien, la gran mayoría del personal es muy amable, los chicos de animación nos trataron excelente. Lo recomiendo mucho solo si no te gusta el agua fría en la la piscina pues no es tu hotel.

This resort is so beautiful 10/10. The lobby is breathtaking, the ambience is giving vacation vibes. and smells so good aromatherapy. I got the amber room with the Jacuzzi it was so beautiful and right next door was the amber lounge. Daily housekeeping was 24/7 The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is excellent so many options. The rodeo steakhouse is very appetizing as well reservations needed. There are Mexican restaurant reservations needed, Italy restaurant reservations needed, and coffee/ tea shop. the staff is very welcoming everyone treats you like a family here, big shoutout to Sensira team Marcos, Rafael, Humberto, Bellmar, Ruperto, Tony, Eva, Karina, Julio, Cristian, Alexzender, Suri, Angye ,Elisa, Angel, Angel Chocolate , Ana. Thank for a nice stay and I'l definitely be back again. Also the resort is family friendly and 4 outdoor pools / cold plunge. Only this for me was the ziplining was closed for maintenance and there is a spa for full services massages and gym. So many fun things to do here.

No está mal pero hay cosas que podrían mejorar

El hotel no está mal pero hubo varias cosas que hacen no considerarlo con 5 estrellas. Solo hay un restaurante buffet y sobre todo en el desayuno se acaba muy rápido y tardan en rellenar, el personal comparada con muchos otros hoteles a los que he ido no es muy amable que digamos, la familia con la que viajamos tuvo muchos problemas con su cuarto, se le desprogramaba a cada rato su tarjeta de cuarto, no le reponían toallas ni servicios de minibar. La barra de la alberca cierra a las 5:30 y después de esa hora solo puedes encontrar bebidas en una sola barra que está en el lobby.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort. Everything that I desired was right at my finger tips. The butlers assigned were very attentive to every request that I had, and ensured that I didn’t need anything else. My room (The Ruby Suite) was absolutely perfect! The view of the Caribbean Sea was THE ABSOLUTE BEST…especially from the whirlpool tub!!! The pool area was really amazing with great views of the beach. The staff at the hotel was pretty decent overall. And the food was pretty decent as well.

Disappointing Stay at Sensira Resort Cancun – Not Worth the Hype Our stay at Sensira Resort Cancun started with high hopes but ended with many disappointments. While the property has potential and the location is beautiful, the overall experience did not live up to expectations – especially for an all-inclusive resort. Service Issues: From the beginning, it was clear that service here is heavily tip-driven. If you don’t tip waiters upfront or regularly, you may be ignored or treated with indifference. This shouldn’t be the case in an all-inclusive resort where good service should be standard. Staff often came across as unfriendly and uninterested, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Dining Experience: The food was mediocre at best. The buffet lacked freshness, and food items often seemed like they had been sitting out for hours. We tried the three à la carte restaurants: • Steakhouse: We ordered a medium steak and received a well-done one instead. When we pointed it out, they claimed to make a new one but served us the exact same piece, just cut differently. The meat was tough and poorly seasoned. • Italian Restaurant: We ordered three Margherita pizzas – all of them came without tomato sauce and were overloaded with cheese. When we asked about it, the waiter said the oven was broken and they had to use a salamander grill instead. Apparently, they were also out of tomato sauce? We also ordered spaghetti with chicken and asparagus. The chicken turned out to be deep-fried

Great family resort

Our four-person family stay was in beginning to mid July for 4 days. First off you'll read about the bumpy ride to the resort, this is very true but not the resort's fault. Pawn arrival we were greeted with wonderful service. Easy check in. And everybody throughout our entire state was very helpful, friendly and very outgoing towards helping our family with any needs we had or requested. The Resort is fairly clean and capped up as best as possible. Some minor flaws here and there but nothing to be of concern about. The room air conditioner worked just fine in our room along with shower toilet etc. Mini fridge was okay on temperature but not the greatest but it also was filled when requested with no issues. At our time I would say the resort was possibly around half full one on our arrival so everything was wide open all the restaurants were available except for one. But no other issues or closures were there for our stay. The buffet was open for breakfast lunch and dinner and I might say this was very good buffet food. Not Michelin star, but very good and well-rounded with something for everyone. Fruits and vegetables are fresh along with everything else including seafood, chicken, breads and other pastries. There were some made to service items as well which are also very good. We stayed at the rodeo grill one evening for dinner. Service there was also very good and food a little bit above average, but good. Italian restaurant had good pasta, but not the pizza. Sorry.

Estuvo excelente todo, la comida el detalle en la habitación del cumpleañero, el servicio la comida, el único mal detalle fue el dj de la disco con muy mala actitud y la música mala que hasta la gente se fue y se quedó vacío De ahí en fuera todo genial

Excelente hotel

Me gustaron mucho todas las instalaciones, las sábanas muy suaves, las toallas igual y en buen estado, la mayoria del personal muy amable. Realmente se preocupan porque la familia disfrute de unas buenas vacaciones. Sugiero un poco de variedad en el buffete. Y que hagan más difusión al servicio de spa y capacitación de centas a las personas del mismo. Lo que no me gustó es que dice la habitación Agatha King 366 tiene vista al mar, lo cual no fue cierto y room service, pero no menciona que es con costo adicional
