Bad stay

The room was bare no decor. Had to ask for soap and shampoo. No cups for drinking and brushing teeth. 2 bath towels 2 hand towels 2 wash towels. We stayed two nights had to ask for more.bath towels very rough,and very used.Breakfast was dry cereal, fruit,and bad coffee. No microwave in room, no coffee maker in room. No bag for ice and no ice bucket. Will not stay again.

Don’t do it!!

Terrible experience. They over charged us, and we are still fighting to get our money returned. 2 other guests were at the desk complaining about being over charged as well. The room was dirty. Toothpaste in the sink, bathtub was dirty, a sock from another guest in the bathroom floor, along with dog hair clumps and food on the floor. The toilet had crusty pee on it. The electricity on one side of the room didn’t work. No lights, no phone. The “breakfast” was a joke! White bread, muffins in a plastic package, or stale cereal. I wouldn’t have let an animal eat it. They also charged $35 per dog and not $20 per dog like the site states. Stay away from this scam!!!

Do NOT stay there. Pictures are a lie. False ads.

These people are scammers at this hotel. Looks nothing like the pictures. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for 5 people. We get there check in, and when I get to the room there is no sofa bed. I go back to the front desk and the guy says we have no sofa beds. He also said they are under renovations and that I should’ve read it on their website. It was not on there. I asked for a refund and so then he’s like let me show you this other room. The room was what I booked but it smelled so bad like sewer, dirty and old! The AC didn’t work and one of the two tvs. Then I look down and huge dead bugs. So again I ask for a refund. He sends me to Comfort in because supposedly they will take of me. Get there to a lobby that had bugs and just nasty stained chairs. And on top it all they didn’t have the room either. He tells me I can try to find a roll away bed. At this point it’s almost 2am. I have 4 kids in the car and I say absolutely not just give me my refund because you all never had what I paid for. He refused and told me to call in the morning to speak to management. I did and he laughed and said I was lying about the bugs because I wanted a refund! I said why would I want to be in my car so late with children?! They are absolutely ridiculous! I never stayed and they had me as checked in. Fraud! Better yet total scam and false advertisement!!

Nice Accommodations

At girst there was a small issue as we booked a room with a sofa bed, however the hotel is going through renovations and branding so they no longer offer sof beds but the clerk had 1 room available for us and made the necessary changes for us. Very friendly and understanding and our stay was very nice and comfortable. We were only there for one night. This stay was part of a longer trip.

Paid for a room with a bed and a couch bed but couch didn’t have a pull out bed, only two towels for 3 guests, there were socks from previous guests left in the room. Also had difficulty finding our room because it was taped up from being painted. The breakfast provided was indeed free but was muffins, bagels, and stale cereal without any milk. The pictures showed a waffle maker which made us believe there may be something hot to eat. Staff had to allow us into pool area because the card reader wouldn’t allow us in during posted pool time.

Do not stay here!

We had to leave this hotel as soon as we got there. When we got checked into our room it looked like only the beds were made. There was stuff all over the floor. Beside one of the beds was red drops on the floor. In another spot it looked like some kind of pill in the floor. The toilet had pee and toilet paper in it. The bathroom had soap bottles scattered around in the floor. Also the website said the rooms have a pull out couch bed and they do not. We have been trying to get a refund since we could not stay and apparently no one can find the person at the hotel that is over refunds.

Very cheaply put together, toilets flush was broken so ran the entire time. And some staff were a little attentive when others were not. Hate to give this review but honestly, not a good experience past a one night stay.

We stayed at the Quality Inn in El Paso, TX, and Little Rock, AR, on our trip to La Grange, KY. Quality Inn so far had been great, but La Grange was a different story - no pull-out couch, no coffee, no microwave in the room - but that was not the worst part. We got there on Sun, Jun 1st, 2025, and the parking lot was being resurfaced, no biggie, until Monday, when we realized the hotel itself is being renovated. This was a working vacation, and I am studying for my masters, the hotel was getting new windows-a lot of sawing and noise, the breakfast area was not maintained-I had to find and get butter from the fridge every day, the same gallon of milk was used from Monday-Thursday, I had to find the creamers in the cabinets; we were being pushed on Thursday to let them change our window during work hours, and we had a worker just walk into our room without knocking. Very rarely was someone at the front desk; you had to call a number to get assistance. The construction noise was extremely loud and made it very hard to work or study. The front of the hotel was completely blocked for 3 days, and construction debris was in the stairwells and hallways. I spoke with the manager, who said the website should have said the hotel was being renovated into a Hilton Spark. When I told her we were not told, she shrugged it off. I told her I reserved a Quality Inn. No cleanup in the rooms, a few of the construction workers were staring at my teenage daughters.Theres more, but out of space.

First of all, we didn’t realize it would be under construction during our visit with sounds of saws squealing all around us. The indoor pool was cold. Most usually they are warm. Half the family had to take cold showers since the hot water disappeared. The room was booked for 5 people, yet the 5th sleeping area, a couch, did not have a pillow or blanket provided until requested. The breakfast provided was toast, cereal without enough milk, pitiful waffles, and orange juice that looked like lemonade and tasted like water. Needless to say, I was unsatisfied.

Upon arriving at the property its a "spark" hotel with a quality suites banner. The entire front is under construction there was no windows, the front walkway was getting new concrete poured. The contact property on expedia led me to not the hotel. I was told to use the side entrance and that the doors should be unlocked. They were locked so climbed through a hole in tbe wall were the window should be to go cgeck in. Booked a king bed suite, got a two wueen bed room. Bathroom was dirty a bar of soap was left with im guessing pubes in the shower. Breakfast is supposedly 6am-9am went to see if it would be worth eating and they taped over the times and told us its not till 7am. The only good thing from the stay was the lady at the front desk, trying her hardest in a crappy situation to help guests.

The hotel is under construction and understandably there was some mess. But it was bad. The remodelling was pretty bad with overspay and bad paint lines everywhere. Our first night they gave us a key card to a room that was occupied and we got there at midnight. So we scared the people in the room and they scared us. The elevator smelled like sewage. The construction crew was living in the hotel so they would eat out back using old tables and buckets. It looked like a mess back there and we even witnessed one of the men releiving himself in open view. To top things off, hey never cleaned our room over the 3 days we were there.

I reserved a queen suit accessible with a sofa because my handicapped wife cannot sleep in a bed. Quality changed it to 2 queen beds and no sofa. Nothing else. My wife was in pain all night and didn’t sleep. Room was unfinished, no phone. Minimal breakfast items. Had to ask for milk and syrup. I’ve never felt so chested in all my life.

Building is under renovation which is listed on the site. But the amount of trash in the stairwells is staggering. Also, people were getting stuck in the elevator. It happened multiple times during the day so we opted for the stairs. The breakfast was extremely limited and the walls were paper thin in the hotel room. Could hear every person in the other rooms next to us and above us which kept us up most of the night on top of the highway traffic right next to our window.
