Quarto limpo porem velho, poltrona tecido furado, colchao duro, cobertores bem usados notoriamente. Nao é por nada mas precisa de um “up” no ambiente por geral para trazer maior conforto e jus ao preço q se paga. Funcionarios educados e cafe da manha excelente. Boa localizacao tbm proximo ao WTC onde fui num evento

Quarto antigo, colchao duro e colcha/cobertores antigos e surrados. Funcionarios da limpeza atenciosos e cafe da manha excelente mas o quarto deixou muito a desejar, quando estava fazendo check-in pedi um quarto ja reformado e novo, mas nao deram atencao. Ferro de passar roupa nao tinha marcaçao legivel da temperatura. Uma chaleira no quarto para um chá seria bom pena q nao tinha. So fiquei ali pela localizacao mesmo pois era proximo do meu evento no WTC

O quarto era extremamente frio. Estava muito frio em São Paulo. O quarto tinha a temperatura externa, ou seja 8-10 graus ao amanhecer. Os eram muito cobertores finos e não havia aquecimento. Pedimos mais um cobertor mas não fez muita diferença. A cama era dura e desnivelada, mas tinha um bom tamanho. O hotel deve ser melhor no verão. No inverno foi bem desconfortável.
