The beach and ocean were the highlight of the trip. There was plenty of loungers available by the water. That’s what we had come for! This was a small resort. The food was not up to par. It would have been nice to have more options and options for room service or bring food to our room. Our room was a large family suite which was great for our family of 5 but did not have a balcony or terrace as we had expected. There was no air flow though the room-no windows to open.

Checking in took over an hour, staff at the desk was horrible! Staff in restaurants and bars was nice. Food was horrible. We’ve been to Mexico over 15 times and this was the worst experience. I’ve never left a negative review after a stay but the front desk could be the worst of the worst. Check in and check out is a NIGHTMARE! Would not recommend. Check out RIU properties or Royal Solaris for better quality.

Restaurante Frida muy pequeño, se sabe que es como una atracción y lo más representativo del hotel, no pudimos cenar nunca ahí por el aforo. Bellboys muy amables, Felipe super atento, no tuvimos la oportunidad de despedirnos ni de compartir algo con él... Muy buen hotel, volveremos sin duda alguna

Great rooms & accommodation services, beach, pools , snacks & bars & drinks. The food is average & disappointment in the 2 main restaurants but relatively fast, buffet same same everyday. There are an Italian & Mexican restaurants both are very small, slow serving & you have to wait about an hi to get in if you’re lucky to get a spot. Coffe machine in main lobby & ice cream machine in main restaurant not working most of the time. I’m happy overall with the hotel but not the food at all & will give it 3 stars rating. Will I ever come back to this hotel? The answer is an obvious no.

The hotel itself was fine, the beach was great. The location was excellent, but because the food was so bad at the hotel and we had to eat off the resort every meal. I read the reviews before going and thought ahh how bad could it be. They were right, the food was not even edible, everyone loads up their plates and a few bites get taken. I can eat anything and that food could only be eaten if you’re in survival mode. I’ve been to Cancun 6x and this was just brutal for the food unlike anything I had experienced before. I’m not going to bother describing the food, it’s just bad and not because I’m used to some high standard. The only place I could eat was the outdoor hotdog , burger and fries stand. But they cook 1 bag of fries every 20 mins and what they cook is gone with the first 5 people in line. The hotel room was great we had an ocean view with a plunge pool. The mini fridge was on life support took 3 days to make something cold, and there’s no good free options for drinks on the resort just watered down juice that tastes like Tang but worse. Same for the alcohol drinks each drink has like a 1/4 shot, so there’s no chance of getting a buzz going, warm beer is the other choice. We were treated well, check in and check out was quick and easy. The staff was all good, it’s not their fault the hotel owners are half assing it at best. But if you’re going to book it bring an extra $1000 for food, you’ll understand when you see it.

The resort's location was excellent, situated near a large shopping mall and a small market. We felt safe walking to both. The beach was beautiful, though quite wavy, and the sand was amazing. The staff was friendly, professional, and hardworking. However, the couch in our room had noticeable stains, which impacted the overall experience. We hope the resort addresses this issue to enhance its quality. Initially, we were hesitant to stay here due to many negative Google reviews, but we ended up having a great time. The food was decent, and with improvements in cleanliness—particularly the couch and the lobby—the resort could leave a much better impression on guests.
