The guest service Michael is not friendly at all, it seems like we were bothering him, just because we asked for towels. His customer service is very poor. In this business where good hospitality manners are essential, Mr. Michael front desk attendant doesn’t have any skills, real bad customer service. He is a liability to this industry.☹️

Mr. Michael need costumer assistance inservice.

The checking at 3pm wasn’t any problem and the lady (Christy) who help us at that time was excellent, but when we left to a family gathering and came back at 11pm, we ask a the service guests in the front desk (Michael) for towels he answered with an attitude and told us to bring the dirty towels first, we went to the room and the keys weren’t working, we came back to the desk we didn’t see anyone so we said “hello”, no response, we knock the desk softly since it was not a bell in the front desk, Mr. Michael came out and with a nasty attitude say “don’t bang my desk” we said sir we didn’t bang the desk, we just softly knock to get a response. He answered “I’m going to have you remove from the property”, I answered “sir we just want our keys to be reset because it is not working”, he answered “leave my front desk”, I answered “how can we leave since our keys are not working”, Mr. Michael answered “I will call the police”, I said why we just want to have functional keys to get in our room to rest, but yes call the police”. 3 officers came ask what happened and we resumed the same story I mentioned above, one of the officers told Mr. Michael reset their keys and told us go to your room. After the officers left, Mr. Michael insisted that he needs Identifications or we have to leave the property, “ I said we are trying to get rest now. He insisted to said “he will call the police again” I called the police this time. The experience was terrible, Mr. Michael treated us terrible.

Avoid unless you have no alternative

Reserved 3 rooms, all pretty dirty. One smelled like urine and semen. No shower curtain or pillowcases. Front desk was nice and responsive but couldn't get issues resolved. Ended up having to find an alternate place to stay at 11pm. Not a good experience.

Don’t do it!!!

It looked and smelled like it could have been a crackhouse. They couldn’t make keys so the receptionist had to walk everyone to their rooms to let them in. When she opened the door to the room a horrible smell smacked me in the face. I got a refund and left.

Don’t patronize this long term stay hotel!!!

I spent 4 hours of my vacation time cleaning because the room was deplorable!! Pet hair all over the room, food splattered on walls picture frames and glass and floor, Mold on entire bathroom and even caked over 2 inch on handicap shower divider to ceramic floor. Cigarette butts all over grounds, parking lot and around the front door. Floors were absolute black and caked with dirt. Looks like they were never mopped and not even swept. No smoking signs completely disregarded and cigarette smokers constantly outside front door which traveled inside and down the halls . Fire alarms set off at midnight with us standing outside in the rain for an hour and a half while Firefighters and trucks and sirens blared because people were smoking in the stairwell. Power was out for days due to storms and no alternate assistance or help given so most long term stay people and children were outside wreaking havoc all over the grounds. The worst hotel experience I’ve had in my 75 years on this planet!

Gross!

This Extended Stay is very run down and our room was disgusting! Nothing was clean except the sheets. There was hair everywhere in the shower, pee around the toilet, the floors were sticky, the walls had food and feet prints on them, and all of the counter spaces were dirty. We cleaned ourselves the best we could and made the best of it only because we were there for a tournament and there were no other rooms in the area. The front desk staff were all amazing and friendly! You can tell they are doing their best in the situation they are in.

No breakfast

Breakfast included is a farce. Coffee/tea, pre-packaged muffins, and packages of oatmeal. There are no bowls or other utensils in the kitchenettes. Not sure how you were supposed to make oatmeal

Great Customer Service-Extremely Dirty

The entire hotel needs to be remodeled. It was not clean at all. The front desk employees were extremely nice which made my stay better however it wasn’t clean enough or up to date enough for my liking.

The hotel smelled like weed everywhere you would go. Our fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. We only had one towel and washcloth even though they knew there were three people staying in the room. The room key didn’t work half of the time. The “breakfast” they offer is coffee and small muffins. The staff were mostly friendly.

Never again

The room was dirty. Cob webs on the ceiling,windows, stuff stained the walls and desk chair. Cereal and cat litter on the floor. Disrepair of tub, furniture and walls. Trash in the parking lot. Long term residents were loud with many visitors after 10pm. Front desk staff did nothing. Phone did not work. Even the tv remote was dirty.toilet was loose.

Worst hotel stay

This may have been the worst hotel stay we’ve had in a long time and we travel 20+ times a year. Shower was filthy, rooms smelled terrible, hallways were dirty, and one of the maintenance or cleaning guys was very inconsiderate. We got onto a small elevator and he pushed his way with a trash bin onto the elevator pushing us against the wall. Trash smelled terrible and the guy was an as-$&$@e. Never staying here agai.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The person in the room next to me was playing music and singing- so the sound proofing is not great. My TV and both remote controls did not work. They say breakfast but it is just an oatmeal packet and coffee. It was ok to just have some place to sleep.
