Es war alles prima, Frühstück, Zimmer usw.. Aber schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche geht gar nicht. Besonders, wenn der sich offensichtlich schon länger festgesetzt hat. Schade, weil sonst alles top war.

Great hotel in the heart of Berlin
This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is amazing. It is in a great location close to shopping at Kurfürstendamm, the park Tiergarten, and Berlin Zoo. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are a great size. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with many things to choose from. And also great service! We stayed at the hotel because of the Berlin Half Marathon, and they let us all use the showers in the spa. That was amazing. Also, there is parking right under the hotel. Very convenient.

Hotel mit sehr gutem Service
Nahe des zoologischen Garten gelegen ist dieses Hotel auch ohne Auto per Bus sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr gutes auswahlstarkes Frühstück, ungewöhnlich unterschiedliche Kunstobjekte und ein hervorragend ausgestattetes Zimmer machen den Berliner Aufenthalt perfekt. Lediglich die Senderbeschriftung im TV müssten mal aktualisiert werden.

Pas au niveau d'un Pullman
la salle de bain de la chambre avait de la moisissure dans le bac à douche. Nous l'avons signalé à l'arrivée mais l'accueil nous a demandé de repasser le lendemain matin car il n'y avait personne pour effectuer le changement de chambre. Le lendemain, l'accueil nous a dit s'occuper du transfert de nos valises dans la nouvelles chambres mais cela n'a pas été fait. C'est donc nous qui l'avons fait. De plus, pendant tout le séjour pas de sauna (sur 5 nuits, pas de réparateurs à Berlin ?), et l'eau de la piscine très froide. Bref, pas dans les standards de Pullman. Il est peut-être temps pour nous de changer de chaine car Accor est cher et les prestations se réduisent.

Pretentiöst hotell som inte når i mål. Bedrövligt dåligt WiFi som i stora segment av hotellet ej går att nå. Man har försökt sig på en avancerad WiFi som inte klarar hantera mjukvaro-VPN som många företag nu använder. Hotellet har en fin Spa-avdelning men att bastun är stängd framgår inte vid bokningen utan meddelas flera dagar efter bokning. Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen!

Lovely hotel, nice location, not bad value
Really enjoyed our six nights in the Pullman and they seemed to have taken on board my request for a nice view as our room overlooked the Tiergarten and was on the top floor. Only issue was they absolutely would not book a taxi to airport for us but they were right in saying we would get one outside. They also had our address completely wrong on the invoice and had Ireland down as 'Great Britain'!! I explained that's probably not a great way to impress Paddies like us!! But overall, lovely staff, great comfort, lovely food and we really enjoyed our nights in the bar checking out the cocktails. The maitre d' at breakfast was especially helpful and friendly. But the rest of the staff could be a bit 'softer' - smiles are never wasted on the customer! The location was great - a lovely 40 min walk though the park into the Brandenburg gate or plenty of subway and bus options. Lovely Christmas market nearby and the zoo was an unexpected treat - being across the road. Value was good too, for food and B&B and the breakfast was fab. Had 4 swims in the lovely big pool, even though sauna was out of action. But no matter, the pool in itself is worth the visit to the basement. All in all, would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! The staff accommodated us so well. We were informed the sauna was out of use during our stay, and I had booked the hotel knowing there was a sauna. They immediately compensated us with early check in. The heating was faulty on our arrival, very cold, but, were trying to fix it immediately, and again compensated us with complimentary breakfasts ! Which were incredible I must add. The selection, attentiveness from staff was beyond anything I’ve experienced. Cannot rate this highly enough. Thank you!!!! I had visited Pullman, Liverpool in the uk before Christmas and, again amazing. A wonderful hotel chain! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel
The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing - especially the breakfast team. The rooms are fairly standard but everything you could want. In a well connected part of Berlin. The pool is great! Sauna wasn’t working but such a treat.
