During my stay, I experienced a situation that raised serious concerns about safety and security at the hotel. I left a personal item briefly unattended in the lounge area, and when I returned just a few minutes later, it was gone. Despite visible staff presence and security cameras in the area, there was no meaningful support or follow-up from the hotel team. I expected at least an effort to review footage or assist in any way, but that didn’t happen. As a guest, this made me feel extremely vulnerable and unprotected. I believe travelers should be aware that if something goes wrong, they may not receive the help or care one would reasonably expect.
