Housekeeping did a marginal job. Left no clean towels or extra toilet paper. I had to go to the front desk because the phone in the rooms were not working. Yes you can call room to room however when you pick up the phone and hit concierge, front desk, whatever the other options are nothing happens. All you get is a busy signal, no matter what time of the day or night you try. The bar by the pool facing the ocean was supposed to be open till 1 AM. They tend to shut down at 11:30. The buffet, which is also open till 9:30 PM by 840. They are out of a lot of food. The signs are down and they do not replenish what has been Emptied. I had much higher expectations for this property than another property I visited and this certainly did not come close to meeting my expectations. The food was marginal. Two of the restaurants we were there over two hours the other two restaurants we were in and out in an hour, and the food was just OK I get it’s an all-inclusive. However I really thought you would be between a three and four star property and I would say it’s closer to a two. I am a travel agent so I’m glad I got to experience it because now I know a little more that I can share with my clients.
My sister was there three times and raved about the property and this was her fourth time with us being there and she was embarrassed by all the issues and I tried not to complain since she picked the place. However she was complaining so she got my ear full as well.
