Worth saving $100 for over best Western
Room was nice and the bed was super comfy. The lobby is not super nice but the room was great. On a very busy street so don’t leave stuff in your car is what I was told.

Disappointing but adequate
My interactions with front desk staff were great. Always helpful and cheerful. Room was fine. Not amazing but also not awful either. The hot water was inconsistent. It would be fine for a few minutes, then go lukewarm. Then it would come back. Sink seemed to be draining slowly. The breakfast in the morning was disappointing. Extremely limited choices. I decided to go out for breakfast my second morning. The first two nights were nice and quiet but my third night had people out in the hall making noise late, like well after 10, and I was awoken about 1:30 but two people talking in full voice out in the hallway, one who was apparently drunk and both using profanity. I turned on the bathroom fan to mask the sound and was able to go back to sleep. But the next morning there was an empty beer bottle left at the top of the stairs. The WiFi wasn’t super strong either. Location was fairly convenient for me but next time I might look elsewhere. I definitely wouldn’t have made this reservation if my family was going to be with me.

The second room worked for us.
For the price you pay it is Ok hotel. There were suspicious people down stairs. The first room was very noisy and it didn’t feel safe. The heater was broken and didn’t work properly. When they moved us to the other room it was better, the heater worked properly and they gave us an extra blanket. The room was quiet. People at the front desk were friendly.

It was an ok room bathroom was not as clean as it should be . There was some nasty brown colored “stuff” next to the bathroom inside door handle and on the light switch.

Room next to the ice machine was terrible the machine was so loud guests constantly grabbing ice past 11pm at night, in the morning being so close to the main entrance where the continental breakfast is held was very busy you can hear everything so sleeping in is not possible. Inside the room renovations looked rushed silicone very poorly applied and messy clearly looked like it was rushed, i stayed in room 216 for refrence have a look for yourself if you have doubt but i drove 10 hours to hopefully relax but couldnt
