I booked a room for two nights two weeks ago. As soon as my 10-year-old daughter and I arrived at the door of the hotel that morning, the host rushed out of the door and scolded us to leave quickly and not stay here. Later, he thought I had a child with me. Because they refused to check us in (when I booked this hotel, I learned that they welcomed children), the host's attitude during this period has been very bad, and he has been shirking his responsibilities and telling us that we cannot stay in and we need to find it ourselves. In other places, when I needed to rebook another hotel, we were asked to sit on a stool next to the gate to complete the matter. We had never stepped into the door of this accommodation from the beginning. The host canceled our room without permission and no refund was given.
我在两周前定好了两个晚上的房间，我和我10岁的女儿当天早上一到住宿门口宿主就从门口冲出来斥责我们赶紧离开，不能在这里停留.后来以我带了一个小孩为由拒绝我们入住（我在定这个酒店的时候了解到他们的介绍是欢迎小孩入住的），这期间宿主的态度一直很恶劣，一直推脱自己的责任，告诉我们不可以住进去，需要我们自己找其他的地方，当我需要重新订其他的酒店的时候，让我们坐在大门口旁边的凳子上完成了这件事，我们从最开始就没有踏入过这个住宿的大门。宿主私自把我们的房间取消掉，并且不予退款。
