Sehr schönes Hotel! Personal ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben im Zimmer La Isla gewohnt und hatten einen wunderschönen Blick von unserem Balkon auf die Lagune! Die Liegen im Garten und auf dem Steg waren bequem und boten einen perfekten Blick auf s Wasser! Im Restaurant wurde auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen und ein leckeres Frühstück gezaubert!

If you want a romantic getaway this place is it , very private and semi secluded. The scenery is perfect as you are across from a bird sanctuary area. Kayaks and paddle boards are included in your stay and the staff will get you what you need from food and drinks . Definitely will come back soon!

Peaceful and gorgeous

We absolutely loved Casa Shiva. We were there during the off season so everything was pretty quiet. We spent a LOT of time on the pier hanging out and reading and swimming - it was a breathtaking view and the water is beautiful! The employees were awesome - very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was amazing too! We loved it and hope to be back. Its simple - not a lot of extra frills, which we loved.

The kayaks and paddle board are not available for the guests anymore like before. However, we like to go there and spend another full week with family and friends.

Loved the staff, they were very attentive and present. The location was great with easy access to the lagoon. Room definitely needed better maintenance, they lacked towels. There were some animals living in the roof that made noise all night.

The front of Hotel Shiva at first glance doesn’t seem like much but their lagoon property view has the WOW factor and a very good reason to stay there. The rooms are well kept and have what you expect. Not sure about the other rooms but mine had no tv or mini fridge. We did have breakfast there which was good and convenient. Would stay again and recommend.
