Comfortable beds

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. But the front desk help was rude and complained when I asked for an extra shampoo. The breakfast was ok as well.

Very comfortable and great selection for the included breakfast however many items were cold. Also great spot to catch the Red Arrow Bus to Edmonton. Lots of parking with cameras and security checking parking lot.

Ok if you don’t have standards

The hotel is need of upgrades. The tub was rusted inside and the shower tap did not work well. Sofa in room had water like stain on. I wouldn’t sit on it let alone use the sofa bed after seeing that. Employees were friendly. This place needs an overhaul. Lots of things in disrepair.

I booked a room and it is pet friendly. Once at checkin there is a 20 fee per night where i didnt see it under the pet friendly tag. Had to switch me rooms then i go to my new room just to find out someone is already staying in that room so had to go back down to receive a different room again. Very unorganized

30 degrees celsius outside, get to my room after long wait to check in, exhausted after riding on a motorcycle for 8 hours and find the room at 32 degrees celsius because someone turned the heat up in the room. When I left the next morning after AC turned on and running all night was still 25 degrees celsius. If you plan on staying here, do it in the winter.

CHECKIN STAFF WAS VERY SLOW AND HAD LOTS OF ISSUES. SOME STAFF WAS NICE BUT SOME MORE GRUMPY AND BORDERLINE RUDE. BREAKFAST BUFFET USED TO BE EXCELLENT WITH A GOOD SELECTION OF ITEMS. IT HAS DETERIATED TO VERY POOR SELECTION NO IMAGINATION EGGS WERE COLD, THEIR VERSION OF AN OMELETTE WAS SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH ADDITIVE STAYED THERE MANY TIMES BEFORE NOT SURE WE WILL AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE NEGATIVE CHANGES

The staff were so wonderful and family friendly. I travelled solo with my 8 year old and 18 month old. My daughter was having a meltdown as I was trying to check out and get my bags loaded in the car and the 4 ladies who were working immediately jumped in and picked up my daughter and tried to soothe her, while the other ladies grabbed my bags and took them to my car. The kindness and love they showed us was so incredible that I almost cried! The breakfast was really great and had a large variety of food. The housekeeper was so friendly and helpful. I will continue to stay at Quality Inn anytime I am visiting Fort McMurray and will recommend for any friends and family in the future.
