I didn’t actually stay there after booking through Expedia, whom, I thought, failed to inform me of that my credit card will be requested upon check in. I don’t use credit cards and was prepared with my cash deposit, allotting us up ton$500 for it. Usually money talks but not in this case. The gentleman at the desk,was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and had amazing customer service etiquette. He was Simply doing his job without an attitude and as upset as I was, I’m not a petty person and will give my review accordingly. The place was easy to book online, and the terms were actually right there, I just missed the credit card clause by fault of my own lack of due diligence I didn’t get to see anything other then the lobby which was spotless and tidy. Modern decor. A really nice feel after a long day. It’s a shame I missed out. Outside was clean. All in all I want to stay their once my card gets here next time..
