Everything was perfect. 5 Star service. Great location to lots of restaurants and clothing stores. Restaurant next to hotel and a Walgreen at the corner. Roof top pool was the best part.

Nice, but ……..
Room was lovely, air conditioning is loud and bathroom fittings were all a bit wobbly but overall room was clean and tidy. Restaurant is next door and is a cafe open to public which meant when we’d checked out there wasn’t anywhere we could just hang out. The roof terrace is nice (bar is expensive), couldn’t be provided any shade as it was too windy (but very hot).

Très bel hôtel
Le staff est top, toujours aux petits soins et disponible. L'hotel est tres joli et décoré avec soin, et idealement placé, tout est accessible à pied. Le seul bémol c est l'isolation des chambres, les portes ne sont pas du tout isolées et laisse passer les bruits du couloir. Vraiment dommage.

Anbefales på det sterkeste
Store, flotte og nyoppussede rom. Veldig serviceinnstilte og hyggelige personale. Perfekt og sentral beliggenhet i gangavstand til strand, shopping og restauranter. Allikevel var det rolig natterstid. Koselig bassengområde på takterrassen. Vi fikk sjekket inn før tiden, og fikk bruke alle fasiliteter både før innsjekk og hele dagen etter utsjekk, mens vi ventet på vår flygning. De har oppbevaringsrom for baggasjen og låner ut gratis strandhåndklær, strandstoler og parasoll.

We stayed at Nassau Suites for two nights after arriving from our cruise. The stay here was an absolute treat -- Kimberley and Mercedez were so welcoming during our check in process, even though we arrived early at the property, our room was ready to go! We stayed in the Deluxe King and the room is MASSIVE! Comes with a little ktichenette, a sitting area and a very comfy bed. The Pool on the rooftop is amazing, very clean and gives amazing views of downtown Miami during sunsets. Location is amazing if you're looking for beach access 5 minutes away by foot (BEACH WAS AMAZING TOO!) and walking distance to the iconic Oceans Drive which has plenty of bars and food options. If you're looking to mostly do things in Brickell and Bal Harbour consider staying there since it is an Uber drive away (25-30 mins). Whoever is running Nassau knows what they are doing and we wish them the best! Keep up the good work, and bravo to the staff once again.

Beautifully renovated hotel. Spacious rooms. Stayed for 6 nights. Very comfortable bedding and amazing black out curtains. The location is perfect for exploring, shopping, great restaurants and the beach. I will be back. Amazing staff. I had breakfast every morning at Blue Lavender Cafe next door which was delicious!

I llloovveee this hotel OMG the property was beyond gorgeous. The staff was friendly and helpful as very i just love them all of them just welcome. This stay was amazing. The room was spacious, stylish and luxurious. Everything from the smell in the rooms and the lobby to the lighting and decor made the ambience very welcoming and comfortable. The best thing about this place however is the staff. All of them are so helpful and considerate and even gave us access to their spacious London Room to work after my wife and I checked out of our room. Orlando, and Mercedes were two of our concierges that really took care of us, they he were so nice and considerate. All the staff there were honestly great. Will definitely come back whenever we are in the area and looking for a 5 star stay.
