The room, with one queen bed, was a good size, with desk, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea machine. The bed was very comfortable, and all was clean. I had the pool to myself on this winter day, which was wonderful. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, do-it-yourself waffles, cereal, and fruit. Staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Someone at the property didn’t keep confidential information about people visiting the hotel. Like someone told someone’s mom about someone being there. Like you don’t tell others about that. You don’t know the problems at home

I was locked out of my room for over an hour. When I returned, my door was wide open. Was told that they couldn't guarantee that it wasn't going to happen again and that if I left I had to leave the door open. Told they did not have any other rooms available. Called manager the next day, did not receive a call back until two days later. I was there for a week.

At approximately 11am I called to ask what time checkin was and the person who answered the phone said “3pm, usually we could get you in earlier but we had a very busy day yesterday’. My party and I arrived at 3:30pm and were told we would have to wait. We proceeded to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. We were 5 feet away from the front desk person and at no time did she give us an update. Meanwhile, approximately 30 different people checked it and received their rooms. When I checked in I was told “well your rooms aren’t ready yet”. Not happy at all with this services.
