Entering the room, we found the microwave was burnt on the inside and had food left in it. There were no garbage cans in the room. The TV was broken off its base, and it didn’t work. When we told the front desk, they said they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day, making it sound like they were being bothered. The bed was comfortable, but, that was the only good thing. We had accidentally left a couple things in the room. When we realized this, we tried calling the front desk for a half an hour, with no answer. So, we drove back to the hotel and told them what we left behind. They looked and said they didn’t have our items, and they would have to wait until the next day to ask the maid. We are in the process of talking to their Corporate office about these problems. Do not invest your hotel funds here!
