The hotel was very clean and exactly as pictured. The rooms are big and the front desk was amazing. We had help from choosing what activities to do during the day to getting taxi rides or figuring out the ferry schedule to booking dinner reservations. The stay was nice and location was very centralized. The staff was great and super helpful. The room was clean and the views from the balcony were great. If I had to complain, the only thing was the coffee was not great in the suite and the water pressure was terrible. We had a tough time washing off all the sand and lotion at the end of the day due to poor water pressure. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

We had high expectations for Our stay and they were exceeded. The property is beautiful, new, very well maintained. The larger fridge, 2 burner stove, toaster and coffee pot, dishes and utensils really gives you everything you need for a full week. It’s incredibly convenient to everything in Cane Garden Bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Cane Garden Bay Beach Hotel - Our stay, 2 adults, 2 kids, was amazing. We stayed in the 1 bed suit with queen sized sofa bed. The room was large at 880 sq. feet. The kitchenette was really useful. It is directly across the street from one of the best beaches on the island, if not the best. Free lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided. There is a beach bar/restaurant and a small shop where you can rent pool noodles and inflatables, ice cream, snacks. A short 2-3 min walk down the street and you're at Bobby's market. Their prices were surprisingly reasonable, we bought food to make lunch, which saved a bit of money. The staff at Cane Garden Bay Beach Hotel is top notch. I wish I had known how expensive cab rides are prior to arriving. Renting a car is definitely the way to go, if you are ok with driving on narrow, steep mountain roads. The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was 90 on the way in, 100 on the way out (different taxi drivers). A ride to Road Town is 12 a person, with tip came out to 60 each way. The last two days we rented a Kia Soul for 60 a day.

Everyone at the hotel was incredible. They helped with taxi service, dining recommendations, and overall layout of the island. I would highly recommend this hotel for any visitor, new or returning. Walking distance to Bobby's supermarket, Callwood Rum Distillery, great restaurants and bars and I haven't even mentioned the sheer beauty of the bay itself. Water is incredibly clear, beach is clean, and a fantastic location as the hotel is directly across from the bay.
