I will not be back

The bathrooms were horrible. The floors we dirty. They didn't do a good job of cleaning. The pillows were coming apart and there was cotton everywhere. We asked someone to come and clean on the 3rd day, she only change the sheets. The bar was amazing. The drinks were strong and there was good music. The atmosphere was nice. The breakfast was good every morning but the eggs were cold.

The ad lied and said you had parking. There was no parking when we arrived so we had to use the valet that cost $51. The check in staff were not friendly at all. The hotel smelled very bad. The lobby, the elevator and our room. Around 9:50 PM, someone was trying to enter our room while we were trying to go sleep. There was so much noise from the cars and the people outside on the street, until 345. You cannot get any sleep. At check out, the breakfast was bad. The eggs were as hard as cardboard and the sausage was just as bad. This was my first time ever to New Orleans and I will never come back to visit again. I recommend you be truthful with your ads,train your staff on customer service and courtesy. Send your cleaning team to maintenance school. improve your security for your staffing and customers because the system you have is terrible and someone is going to get hurt someday. If you do nothing with this review and reviews of other customers you are wasting time and are just going through the motion. I wish our day was better, however the experience I had from my stay alone has helped me decide to stay away from New Orleans..

It is a good hotel to stay

The hotel is in a great location and has the convenience of checking in and check out online. They offer free breakfast and a free drink in the bar when you arrive. The elevators were kind of old, but they worked without any problem. The guest bathroom in the lobby did not have toilet paper. The light at the entrance of my room did not work, and the room was NOT cleaned/organized every day.

Close 2 French quarter but far from French quality

Grumpy personnel useless to fix the lack of wifi for the whole stay (we were on top floor and no internet over there). Very nice room (4star hotel) coupled with a lousy breakfast (2star motel). Strategic position btw

Great location and easy to get to.

Excellent service from staff members, bed was comfy and rooms were a good size with great location. Breakfast was simple but enough to start your day off correctly. However our window curtain had stains all over it, our towels in the bathroom had holes in them and there was a lot of damages to the cupboards and doors. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and the wifi didn’t connect and work.

We only stayed 1 night because I wanted to experience New Orleans for the 1st time. The staff were not really all that friendly, they played around too much and the lobby bathrooms were nasty. I will not be coming back to visit

Over all nice location and decor, but..

The room.was clean and well maintained. The shampoo , etc bottles were empty, but didn't realize that until i was IN THE SHOWER and opened them. Had to get out and dig mine out of my luggage all wet. Also, wifi was free but wasnt gi en the code. Had to ask for it. But then, it wouldnt work in my room. In other places of the building, was just fine, but not in the room. Since the tv ran off the wifi, channels went in and out or froze. Tough to watch the NBA playoff aqhen screen freezes.. smh
