By far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had! Upon arrival we found our room without any bed sheets, towels and toilet paper. We tried contacting the owner of the apartments but even after several attempted calls and mails there was still no response. Thankfully the kind Expedia Customer Service gave us a full refund after they tried reaching the owner and also had no luck.
Now, three days later, we still haven’t heard from them.
Also… the parking wasn’t free and we had to pay 20€ up front for our stay which wasn’t refunded after we left early.
