Upon entering, there was an overwhelming smell, almost medicinal. It was not pleasant. Our room was no better, my entire family smelled it. We decided to order some room service since we had been on the road for 6 hours. We ordered a hamburger, plain, nothing on it, chicken tenders, tortilla chips and a chicken club. What we received was a CHEESEBURGER, 2 orders of tenders, a club and chips. My daughter cannot eat cheese, so the burger, which was burnt, went into the garbage, she luckily could eat the chicken. The food was mediocre at best, but how hard is it to get 4 orders correct??? The shower door would not stay closed and got the bathroom floor soaking wet, there was mold, scum and tons of hair in the shower underneath the drain board, looks like no one ever picks it up to clean under it. Overall, we will never be back. The Keys were not as fun as we thought they would be. Horrible traffic, sub par restaurants, and that is just the beginning.
