It’s new and clean which is good. But everything else are awful.1 the valet parking is totally a mess.It takes over half hour to get your car back when you need to use it.The street in front of the hotel is always stuffed because of this hotel’s stupid valet parking system. 2. The reception who greeted me was totally a poker face and very rude.Sounds like we were checking in to a prison.Her name was arraya or something like that.What kind management trained her to be in that position? 3,the elevators are very very slow.It’s not because it’s busy.They have 4 elevators.But it still takes minutes to get one available.4,the shower gel container was empty.The housekeepers left me two bottles which are only 1/3 of each .Definitely be used by others. Shouldn’t choose this hotel and will never come back again.

Brittney at the front desk in Philadelphia was awesome. I requested to move my room due to city noise and she made it happen. My room was clean, bed was the bomb comfortable, location perfect, the kitchenette is a wonderful touch and the bathroom was clean. I also like the hardwood flooring within parts of the room. Overall extremely satisfied

Super clean and comfortable and excellent breakfast and coffee. It's in the heart of the city so there's a fair amount noise like in any city. Sirens and cars with illegal exhausts racing through the streets late at night.
