They have tried to update the rooms - the bed was comfortable and room in decent shape, though the shower head is very old and placed very low. I expect that in the past the grounds were nice but they are now quite overrun with chickens and roosters and what once might have been a pretty pond and stream running through the property has been left stagnant. There is no useable beach and what bit of sand is there is littered with bottles and waste - I realize that the hotel doesn't control what washes up on the short but I would expect that they have their staff clean it. The price is reasonable so this might be a place to stay if you just need a night between flights or are not planning on spending time at the hotel during the day.

Perfect wind down hotel after island hopping.
We stayed for 2 nights on the tail end of our island hopping and it was the perfect place to wind down in Papeete! Lots of parking, close enough to downtown area, great pool and beach setup as well as a nice lagoonarium. The room was very spacious for 4 and had a huge balcony.

Overall good
Overall our stay was good. The pool area was great with a large palapa that kept our fair skin out of the sun. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom towels need to be replaced. They were extremely frayed and worn.

Établissement très agréable avec un parc une piscine avec jets et bordant la mer avec une petite plage. Le tout pas très loing du centre ville. Possibilité de prendre des bus fréquents. Plus un restaurant ! On y retournera!

Anniversary vacation
We stayed for 8 days. The room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were firm. They had an on site restaurant that had a variety of items to choose from. It was on the water front. The gardens around the hotel were beautiful. Nice pool with a view.

Need an extra key and key to the gate. Location is fantastic with Dalia and Carfour & Papaeete nearby. However…. Breakfast was not good at the Hotel. Food was old and not freshly cooked. I only took three bites. I don’t normally complain… I just don’t return.

Rude restaurant worker or Manager?
Not too happy with the restaurant. The 4th time dinner there, I had a bad experience. After paying the bill, we were walking out of the restaurant and this brusque woman said "hey, did you pay your bill?" I was stunned as I just got done paying. I felt so insulted and didnt want to go back there on our last night.
