Economic stay
My stay went fine, the room was comfortable and quiet. It did show signs of wear. The double pane windows were fogged in between the glass. The hotel offers 1 Tesla destination charger. I used it and discovered that some cord repairs were needed. Overall the property needs a refurbishment.

Family trip made easy
We rolled in to the hotel late, and we were greeted with kindness and respect. And the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Due to unexpected circumstances we had to extend our stay an extra day which was very easy.

After a decade of staying here I wont again
Been staying here for over a decade when we are in the area for the night or flying out of the gj airport, I’ve always liked the price and thought it was good enough. But the hotel sadly is getting worse and worse in condition. Let’s just say you don’t want to look too closely at anything, especially in the rooms. And the beds seriously need updating. The whole hotel desperately needs a remodel. Also the front staff wasn’t rude but weren’t nice either. They seem inconvenienced to be working there. When I asked if they had any complimentary waters the front desk girl laughed at me and said our hotel is too nice to offer free waters. I was like whattt??? We stayed at a Hyatt in Denver two weekends ago that was 100 times cleaner newer nicer and they happily provided us with ice cold bottled waters when we arrived and left. Plus any “nice place” I’ve ever stayed, wouldn’t comment on something like that. The snarkiness in her tone and then her looking immediately away was so rude. Also they charge extra for parking.

Best Place to Stay in GJ
Grand Vista is the best place to stay. Everything is here, best thing the price is in our budget. Free upgrade on room, Taco Tuesday was excellent. Good Service and great live music.

Older facility but still in the game
This is an older facility that has been reasonably well cared for, but has a few glaring needs. First is one of the elevators that made a terrible, unnerving racket every time you passed the 3rd floor. Second are the shower heads that need updated with adjustable nozzles so you can get reasonable pressure with enough volume to rinse well. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and reasonably quiet. Access to the airport is unbeatable, but unfortunately they've changed their park-and-ride policy and it's much cheaper to simply leave your vehicle at the airport.

Bait and Switch on cost of hotel
When I arrived I was shocked that they added $14.00 for parking. I did not see this on Hotels.com. They said it was on there. Also, they charged my debit card $100.00 which they said would be returned in 24 hours. I will see so far it is still charging me.

There is a parking fee of $14 now that you pay once you arrive, hidden fee. That makes the hotel much pricier and we would've chosen differently. The front desk clerk was rude.
