There were few visitors at the time of our visit and they wanted us to park way in the back with no security cameras. We were there for shopping at the outlets and didn't want to bring all our bags inside. Staff were unfriendly, busy arguing with each other when I walked by.

Check in
My room was around the other side of the building and the keys did not work. There was a do not disturb on the door handle. I had to drive back around to the lobby, reactivate the cards and they still did not work. Drove around to the lobby again since no one answered the phone. They gave me a different room in the same building as the lobby so I didn’t have to drive around the other side a third time. This took away much of our time and we missed our dinner reservation.

No extra blanket anywhere in room, No microwave in room. Wheelchair accessible shower which left water all over floor each time it was used. Did not ask for handicapped room. For the price and star rating, I expected better.

Poor
It was dirty and the curtains didn't close properly... To a pool patio. The tables, credenza and desk had cup and drink marks on them. The bathroom has toothpaste marks on the wall, door frame, and door. The lobby had a sticky from the restaurant to the front door... They were still there when we checked out 12 hours later.

Nice hotel
The hotel is very nice. The carpet in our room was stained. The beds are very high so not easy for my mom to climb in and out of. Not sure if we would stay again. Early check in very expensive. And breakfast was also an extra charge.

Poor service, confusing layout don’t bother
Check in was horrible stood in line for over 40 min because they has 2 people at the front desk while a convention was going on. Tried calling the front desk around 930pm for an extra blanket and phone just rang for over 10 min at the same time I had my husband go to front desk and two employees were busy joking around instead of answering the phone while he was standing there. He asked for a blanket and it never showed we had to call back 40 min later and asked again then that took another 15 min. Breakfast was not worth the price they were asking and the hotel layout is very poor. We got lost trying to go from the lobby to our room. We are world travelers for over 30 years and I will never stay here again

Nice hotel. A bit difficult to navigate where to check in and need signage to direct around the split level property. Also consumables (tissue, tp, soaps) were cheap. Also water VERY hard.

Reasons why i would never stay at this Hotel.
My room was pretty pricey for 2 nights but thats beside the reason i wouldnt revisit this Hotel. First the room i was placed in felt as it was away from everyone it was ground level very dark in certain areas. Inside the room i noticed my sink is outside the bathroom with no place to put my things. There was only one large towel when it was me and my husband. Not only that all the tables looked stained it just wasn't what i expected. To make things even more uncomfortable we wanted to go back to our vehicle to get our belongings and the exit closest to our room outside was busted anyone can walk in G section just so you know. Anyway i told my husband i was uncomfortable and wanted my room changed to an upper level where i felt was more comfortable. The font desk clerk understood and switched my room with no problem. The rest of my stay was just ok. If you want to know a little of what we encountered in the 2nd room read some more. My husband had to connect the remote to the tv. And our toilet wouldnt flush. We had to manually take the top off and hit the pump to fill so we can flush. Oh and breakfast was not included.
