Clean room nice beds. Not happy about having to hike up a hill to get to room. Friend uses a cane and it was a very hard time. But if parked at front of building all would have been good.

Door to room was not fit properly and hard to close. There was old food left in the mini-fridge and the TV did not work. I had to change rooms twice to get one that was "acceptable".

Cousin visit

My cousin and I each had a lovely room. I did have a little glitch I. That the fire alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning and had to stand outside for 40 mins while they figured out how to turn it off

You get what you pay for!!!

Generally not bad, relatively clean, nice room, comfortable beds with a pool and hot tub and a good free breakfast. However we were greeted with a used facial tissue on the floor barely under one bed. The bathroom sink drain stopper was broken and the drain was plugged. But worse of all was that when I requested them to unplug the drain they said they could not. I had planned on staying here another 15 times over the next several months, however now I'll look elsewhere. Maybe I'll reconsider and maybe not!!!

Worth the price--you get what you pay for

Well, my TV didn't work--it was fixed. Lights in my room didn't work. My blow drier didn't work. I went for a swim but there were no towels--I told the front desk and she said she's get some but didn't get to it. The breakfast was missing lots of items--the guy who runs it was kind enough to point that out in detail.

Recently renovated but the room was dusty and worst of all the sheets and comforter had lots of nasty stains. I requested replacements and they were brought promptly to the room by staff. Sadly, other than smelling recently laundered many stains were present. Other than that staff was friendly. 2 5 stars for potential overall.

Don't recommend if you have Good expectations.

First the room selected for us was at the front of the hotel where multiple people were smoking constantly. They were also using this area as a hang out on their phones so the noise was excessive. We asked to change rooms to something not on the first floor. They did move us to the 2nd floor right above the smoking area again. The lady at the front desk was away from the desk for 30-40 minutes at a time. The breakfast area was too small and too many tables. The food was terrible and very little to offer. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained. There was dried liquid on the wall beside the bed. The bathroom was dirty. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The AC smelt like smoke. the pillows were terrible. Overall one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

Flight got cancelled From air Canada Couldn’t get refund Was big issue for a lot But wasn’t an excuse Could of refunded even second night Kept first night as a penalty Met me half way even but hotel blamed hotel.com and hotel.com blames hotel Guess I won’t be getting anymore rooms at days inn which sucks cause I like it there when go for cheer comps And guess better not use hotel.com Cause Lost two nights during hotel.com
