The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious
The management is not up to a five star hotel standard.
Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful.
Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to leave our luggage in front of the reception. When we finished the breakfast , one of the luggages was missing. We informed the reception staff, and they said someone is taking back the luggage to us . But is fact nobody is doing anything despite we telling 3-4 different staffs to find out what has happened. Finally they opened the storage room next to the reception counter and our missing luggage was there. I see no reason why only one luggage was taken into the storage room, and nobody was trying to find instead of saying someone was finding and just carryed on their own work. We were delayed for 15minutes and luckily we could still the flight.
I think that the hotel should train their staffs more on the logistics and how to manage unexpected situations.
