Dirty… secondary door was propped open with a beer bottle as card key sensor was broken. Just dirty…had to operate tv from monitor. If you didn’t turn the refrigerator just right it would defrost, smoke detector gone as someone apparently took it out to probably smoke meth..went to call the front desk, no dial tone so I lifted the phone up to check if cord was in properly… no cord at all. I guess it was there for decoration. It’s probably the crack/ meth hotel in Pittsburgh. I unfortunately waited to the last day to find a room in Pittsburgh with two queen beds and this was the only place. Never again. Better off sleeping in your vehicle

The beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. Hot water was good and hot. Breakfast was mediocre. TV was hard to figure out, just trying to find regular channels. So had to watch streamed channels. After watching a few minutes, it shut off. Then the TV just quit working altogether. Couldn't get it to turn on for remainder of stay. Grr. The password for the free Wi-Fi did not work. Grr. The key cards worked sometimes, sometimes not. Had to try 3-5 times to get it to open the door.

Did not stay. Was unable to check in. Waited in lobby for 20 minutes. Called the phone number it said to call, no answer, phone was left on front desk. Rang the doorbell on the desk, still no response. Waited in parking lot an additional 10 minutes, front desk staff never returned

Bath plug in didn't work, seemed short staff, breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Kids ate cereal and waffle maker wasn't clean. We were shorted towels and ones in room where stained and dirty.

Pretty decent room but even a better staff. The room was small and clean and had an older bathtub, but it was clean. That’s the important part. The bed was quite comfortable and I stayed nice and cool in there with the window cracked. I enjoyed my day it will definitely stay there again next time in Pittsburg visiting my son who is in college there

Breakfast was poptarts and cereal, not "buffet", shower had an annoying drip, beds we hard, light switch didn't work. Was okay but wouldn't stay again, and we aren't bougie.

The room was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom standing water on the floor. There were dead spiders that hadn’t been swept or removed. The breakfast was almost non existent. They had prophets that they had taken out of the packages and set individually on a shelf. There was trash all over the breakfast nook. They didn’t shovel snow nor did they have anyone plow the parking lot. There was never a worker on duty you had to call a phone number to their private room and they seemed annoyed when you needed something.

Overall the hotel was clean. The room clean. The bathroom was extremely worn and needs updating/repaired. The shower curtain was about to fall off the wall, it was so crooked that the curtain would slide open to middle of the rod. Impossible to keep water off the floor. The water pressure was almost non-existent. You couldn't control water temperature, it was either all hot or all cold, nothing in between. Bed only had two very flat pillows.

This hotel was extremely disgusting. Room had a hole in the ceiling wall. Pillow cases were dirty, towels provided were not clean. Air conditioner did not work. Front desk staff not friendly. Worst experience would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
