The wash cloth were discussing. The tv did work. I had planned on returning to this hotel on my way back from my trip but cancelled and booked another miles down the road. The wash cloths looked like someone washed the floor with them.

$250 SCAM
I was charged $250 for a smoking fee and I don’t smoke, I called and was told I needed to speak with a manager however they are not available and no one knows when they will be onsite, I’ve called several times and never got a call back from management, I was emailed this picture and you can clearly see that it is not ashes from a cigarette or cigar

Room was clean.
Bathroom tiles looked like they were affixed with Elmer’s glue. The morning breakfast was a waste of time so go somewhere else for breakfast. Trash receptacles were overflowing.

First let me say the front desk staff was awesome. Now the housekeeper staff needs a lot of work. I think it's crazy that if you put your do not disturb, sign on your door the night before and take it off at 9:00 in the morning. You do not get service. I left my hotel room around 9:00 a.m. and when I came back my room was not serviced. I had no towels or anything. I was told that because I had to sign up when they came in and started their shift that my room automatically didn't get service. That to me is incorrect. If you're a housekeeper when you go to that room to service it. If it at that point in time has the do not disturb sign on the door then the room does not get service. This is from a former housekeeper so when me and my husband left that morning they hadn't even got close to our room. They were all the way down the hall. Not only that, the room needed a more close inspection as I will put a picture below to show you what I'm talking about.
