Hotel hermoso, el personal excelente. La comida excelente. PERO Los restaurantes ninguno tienen aire. El gimnasio no tiene aire. La luz se fue para la habitacion 3 veces y un calor. El teatro sin aire. Y para los restauranes si no haces la reserva te quedas sin comer ahi. Y solo te deja hacer 3 reservas y hasta que el sistema no te borra eso no puedes hacer otra. Y por ende cuando la vas hacer ya no hay espacio. Asi que la mayoria de las veces vas a tener que bajar al buffet o al sport bar, que de hecho es excelente. Yo por lo menos nooooo vuelvo a ese hotel. Se separo 2 habitaciones de domingo 19 al 25 de octubre. Y ni contar de la empleada que tienen al frente Erika. Que mando a mi pareja a buscarle comida al sport bar el 24 de octubre porque tenia hambre y le dice que aunque le van a decir que no se puede sacar comida, como quiera se la dan porque a un huesped no le dicen nada. Luego la veo nuevamente cerca de mi pareja contandole que el supervisor le pregunto, para que si le preguntaban dijeran lo mismo. Y para decirle eso encima de todo tiene el atrevimie to de tocarlo en el hombro. De verdad que uno como empleado debe de mantener una linea y un respeto y todo eso paso en el bar del lobby del hotel que hay camaras. O sea, lo pueden corroborrar. A mi me dieron ganas de decirle algo pero por no hacerle pasar un bochorno a mi pareja me quede callada porque al final fuimos a disfrutar no a discutir. Pero esa muchacha dios miooo! Perra en celos parecia. Horrible.

O atendimento péssimo, em vários ambientes não funcionava o ar condicionado ou ventilador ( parecia que os funcionários eram instruídos a não ligar), fomos em um grupo de 15 pessoas e fomos muito mal atendidos, não recomendo… não volto

Cleanliness

They would clean our beds but put the same blankets back on. Sometimes towels would have stains. They did sweep but rooms floors feel like they need a mop as well. Staff was AMAZING. Resort jts self was always clean.

Food was not good at all, and the beach was filled with seaweed which caused an awful odor. Couldn’t really enjoy the beach because there was so much seaweed. Not enough activities to enjoy.

The rooms size are very good, the housekeeping are good. I gave this resort 3 stars because There is no AC across the resort, the only AC is in the rooms or in the gym. The open buffet has very limited glass cups , you have to wait lining up till the staff takes the dirty cups , clean it then bring it back to the juice station to drink any juice . The Staff at the a La cart restaurants are not friendly and the quality of food is not good.

El personal es muy atento (animadores, meseros y los de mantenimiento de habitación). Variedad de restaurantes. Pero tengo una queja, El buffet se encontraba sin aire acondicionado, eso es inhumano principalmente para los empleados como para los huéspedes. Así mismo deben trabajar los desechos sanitarios, ya que en las noches salía un fuerte olor (no era el sargazo ya que en el día el olor desaparecía). Es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí.

Poor food quality and no A/C at all just the room. None of the A/ C at the restaurants worked. Also, the smell was terrible, they recylce water and springle it to flowers and gardens area. I wont recommend at all.

This is a beautiful hotel with stunning views in an amazing country. However, the hotel lacked a sense of culture and pride. If you’re looking for a calm vacation with little to no distractions, this is a good spot to unwind. As for activities offered within the hotel, it’s more of a “if you want it, go look for it” vibe. There are a few things here and there, but overall, it feels like you could be at any nice resort anywhere—not something that feels unique to the place. The food was a bit bland, and unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem very engaged. Some appeared annoyed by simple requests, which made the experience feel less welcoming.

The food in the buffet on the family side will keep you alive, but it’s in need of a drastic overhaul. Most of the dishes are under or overcooked and over or under seasoned. You have been warned. It’s probably related to going in August, but the beach was uninhabitable because of the smell from what I assume is the excessive amount of seaweed in the water. There’s not much they can do about that. Just know that you will notice an unpleasant odor throughout the resort if you go during the summer months. Especially during the daytime hours. We weren’t able to enjoy the swim up room we had in building six because of the strong smell from the standing water near the building that is being constructed behind building six. They accommodated us and gave us another room without a working thermostat or TV remote. If you have ever experienced the humidity here, you know a working thermostat is a must. Someone from maintenance did get the thermostat working, but it was stuck in the on position with the AC blasting cold air into the room. Adjusting the temp was not an option. On the bright side, the staff was really nice and accommodating. There are better dining options in the restaurants, but you will need to make reservations in advance. Tip: if you’re on the family side, go to the Mexican restaurant for the lunch buffet. Make dinner reservations at one of the restaurants for dinner.

I would give this resort more stars but.... It depends if you are adult or mother with young kids. For small kids it's perfect because warer is tooooo shallow. 300 feet from the shore water is up to your waist. If you want to swim in the ocea you can forger about it. I lobe to sail in catamaran. Not here. They can allow you to do it in the area where people are swimming. There is no fun but the guy, who does not speak english at all tells you that this is dangerous to sail further unless you give him money. The funny thing is that you see people from dufferent resorts sailing far away into the ocean. The other terrible thing is a lot of people who wants to sell you very overpriced merchandise or excursions. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. The worst thing is they work for the resort and they can ruin your trip. You have to be nasty to them. Onle then they will stay away from you. Overall if you want to stay acrive go somewhere else. If you're coming with small kids and you want to overpaid for everything or you want to stay in the pool all day drinking beer from your own container and stay away from the beach it's perfect for you.
