Good value for the money

Good value for the money. Beds were comfortable and the Room was very nice. The host was vert welcoming and kind and she upgraded our room for free which was nice. I don't get the low rating that some other people have given this place. Good value for a cheap good price.

Ben daha önce kaldığım yerlerle kıyaslarsam kesinlikle fiyat/performans değil. Fotoğraflarda da enn iyi açılarla çekmişler. İşyeri sahibi abla iyi birisi ama odada her adım attığımda zemin gıcırdıyor vs baya eski bir yer. Sadece insanlar bunu bilerek gitsin diye yazıyorum. Yatak rahattı.

Otel gerçekten çok yıkık ve temiz değil. Eşya dolabının içi bile leş gibi kokuyor. Zaten gece yatmaya giricem nolcak diye düşünüyorsanız onun için bile yeterli değil asla kalınmaz.

Fiyat performans olarak iyi. Oda temizliği normal. Kötü yorumlara bakmayın. Bu fiyata ne bekliyorlar? Çarşaflar temizdi. Tuvalet banyo temizdi. Zaten önemli olan bu. Yok duvarlar boyasız falan diye yorum yapanlara aldanmayın. Tek sıkıntı, ses yalıtımı yok ve koridorlar kedi idrarı kokuyor. Klima açılır açılmaz ilk o koku doluyor odaya. Ses yalıtımı olmayınca koridordaki her sese uyanıyor insan.

Tolles Personal, perfekte Lage

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein Taxi wurde auch für unsere Rückfahrt zum Flughafen organisiert und der Preis im Voraus fixiert. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Der Stadtviertel Kadıköy ist sehr lebendig, viele junge und offene Leute... Man findet z.B vegane Burgers, vegane Milchvarianten usw Was man auf der anderen Seite des Bosporus nicht finden würde. Coole und günstige Restis und Cafes in der Nähe (in der Strasse Halitağa caddesi vor allem, aber auch in der strasse des Hotels). Man ist auch sehr schnell bei einer Marmaray Haltestelle, wenn man unkompliziert auf die andere Seite des Bosporus fahren möchte.

Kesinlikle berbattı bir daha asla gelmem. Ses yalıtımı sıfır odalardaki konuşmalar hep diğerlerine geçiyor. Dinlenme imkanınız olmaz. Yerler tahta tepenizde yürünüyor gibi oluyor. Odalardaki eşyalar eski yatakta dönerken sesler geliyor, yorgan yerine eski battaniye konulmuş. Muhtemelen balkon olan kısım içeri alınmış ve banyo yapılmış. Banyo camları hava alsın diye açık ama dışarıdan sesler geliyor aşağıdan. Kısacası sesli bir ortam uyku sıfır, eşyalar eski ve fazla temiz değil. Ortadan bi tık aşağı diyebilirim. Sadece çalışanların ilgisi güzeldi onun dışında beğenmedim.

Uzak durun, tavsiye etmiyorum

14'te girmemiz gereken otele 14.20de alındık ve öncesinde telefonla arayıp rezervasyonum var dediğim halde başkası gelirse odayı ona veririz imasında bulundular. Oda temizliği iyi değildi , sıcak su yoktu maalesef ve odalar çok ses geçiyordu. Odadayken koridorda konuşulanları odanın için konuşuluyormuş gibi duyuyordunuz. Tek kelimeyle çok kötüydü, kesinlikle uzak durmalısınız

Otel aşırı sicakti ve odadaki klima arizaliydi,baska bir odaya gecmek istedigimi soyledim ama otel dolu oldugu icin gecemedim,konaklama yapmadan otelden ayrilmak istediğimde de para iadesi yapamayacaklarini,gece gece hem alkollu geliyorsunuz hem de oda begenmiyorsunuz diye bir cevap verdi otel sahibi.oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, otel sahibi cok kaba ve alkol icmemize karisacak kadar geri kafali,birakin bu otelde konaklamayi önünden bile gecmeyin.

Schöne Familiäre Unterkunft. Aber leider sehr runtergekommen. Das Personal war sehe lieb und zuvorkommend, hat sich gut um mich gekümmert, dennoch fand ich den Zustand des Zimmers sehr schlimm und musste schon früher auschecken.

It was a damp, stuffy and cigarette-smelling room. We also asked for a twin bed but was given a double. It is definitely not a boutique hotel and there are better ones at a more affordable price.
